A house in Flagler Beach was the top real estate transaction for the week of May 16-22 in Flagler County. Richard and Maranda Palmer, of Flagler Beach, sold 646 Lambert Ave. to Joseph Bruno, of Flagler Beach, for $1.32 million. Built in 2014, the house has five bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 5,350 square feet. Following is a partial list of other sales for the week.

 

Condos

John and Jeana Ray, of Memphis, Tennessee, sold 2450 N. Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit C-214, to Michelle Present, individually and as trustee, for $483,000. Built in 2007, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,749 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $626,600.

 

Mady Schuman and Kathleen Morrow, of New York, sold 135 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 501, to Frederick and Karen Bodge, of Palm Coast, for $332,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,014 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $725,000.

 

Phillip and Karen Dolamore, of Coral Springs, sold 102 Yacht Harbor Drive, Unit 271, to Tara Russo, of Palm Coast, for $325,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,918 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $609,000.

 

Bunnell Development Co.

U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, sold 200 Forsyth St. S. to RUR LLC, of Palm Coast, for $57,000. Built in 1928, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 796 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $60,000.

 

Fuquay

Charles and Shelley Chapman, of Flagler Beach, sold 2031 Daytona Ave. S. to Arnye Smith, of Flagler Beach, for $460,000. Built in 2009, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,587 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $380,000.

 

Grand Landings

Andrzej and Anna Lojewski, Zdzislaw Jankowski and Danuta Jankowska, of Windermere, sold 106 Spoonbill Drive to Stephen and Jane Burns, of Palm Coast, for $315,000. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,306 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $249,900.

 

Idle Acres

Rodney Fleischmann, of Flagler Beach, sold 4843 County Road 305 to Vicki Ollestad, of Bunnell, for $290,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,583 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $105,000.

 

Indian Trails

Melvin and Viva Symonette sold 121 Bren Mar Lane to Dawn Anthony, of Palm Coast, for $217,000. Built in 1989, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,221 square feet.

 

Mark Schlobohm, of Dothan, Alabama, sold 23 Bassett Lane to Kristy Finley, of Palm Coast, for $170,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,134 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $96,000.

 

Lakeside at Matanzas Shores

Laurie Cocca, of Bridgewater, New Jersey, sold 14 San Miguel Court to George and Angela Stratis, of Lake Mary, for $245,000. Built in 1990, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,710 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $147,100.

 

Lehigh Woods

Harold and Elgie Kerns, of Palm Coast, sold 31 Round Tree Drive to Kathaleen Russell, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,435 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $149,000.

 

Cassandra Kennedy, as trustee, sold 50 Radcliffe Drive to Rhonda and John Letcher, of Palm Coast, for $150,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,338 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $105,000.

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 63 Park Place Circle to Paul Welkie and Barbara Johnson, of Palm Coast, for $268,500. Built in 2019, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,946 square feet.

 

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 7 Park Place Circle to Ronald and Josephine Sarra, of Palm Coast, for $237,400. Built in 2019, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,595 square feet.

 

Palm Coast Plantation

Bank of America N.A., of Frederick, Maryland, sold 104 Emerald Lake Drive to Adam and Jessica Murgittroyd, of Palm Coast, for $430,000. Built in 2004, the house has five bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool and 3,623 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $750,600.

 

Palm Harbor

Jorge and Maria Da Conceicao, of Palm Coast, sold 39 Coconut Court to Steven and Karen McDougall, of Palm Coast, for $585,000. Built in 1998, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool, boat dock and 2,911 square feet.

 

John Meyers, of Millersville, Maryland, sold 35 Colechester Lane to Thomas and Teresa Stuehler, of Palm Coast, for $260,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, boat dock, boat house and 1,658 square feet.

 

Vita Casale, of Palm Coast, sold 127 Florida Park Drive to Deodato and Marin Marques, of Jamaica, New York, for $248,000. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,227 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $160,000.

 

Neil DeGiorgio and Vivian Aponte, of Palm Coast, sold 24 Faith Lane to John and Tracy Mountain, of Granby, Connecticut, for $230,000. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,310 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $85,500.

Amaral Custom Homes Inc., of Palm Coast, sold 7 Wood Crest Lane to Michael and Silvia Garner, of Palm Coast, for $282,500. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,215 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $105,700.

 

Fatima Barbara, of Palm Coast, sold 14 Westbury Lane to Ramesh and Bibi Ganesh, of Palm Coast, for $228,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,351 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $140,000.

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 4 Kashgar Court to Sheryl Ferguson-Simmons and David Simmons, of Palm Coast, for $271,882. Built in 2019, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,508 square feet.

 

Seminole Woods

Nicolay Atanassov, of Montreal, Quebec, sold 98 Universal Trail to Eriberto Jose and Nancy Walls, of Palm Coast, for $170,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,480 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $182,000.
