A house on the Matanzas River was the top real estate transaction for the week of April 25 to May 1 in Flagler County. Kenneth and Cynthia Riordan, of Palm Coast, sold 10 Hammock Oak Court to Jonathan and Lital Lizotte, of Palm Coast, for $1,175,000. Built in 2002, the house has six bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a fireplace, boat house and 5,272 square feet. Following is a partial list of other sales for the week.

Edward and Irene Morgan, of Palm Coast, sold 80 Surfview Drive, Unit 823, to Richard and Jeannette Redmond, of Palm Coast, for $415,000. Built in 2003, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,455 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $319,900.
Ali and Mary Lou Bleecker, individually and as trustees, sold 300 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 245, to William and Carol Haley, of Elk Rapids, Michigan, for $325,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $705,000.
Martin Begley, of The Villages, sold 2001 Palm Drive, Unit A101, to Gerald and Diana LaRosa, of Flagler Beach, for $215,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,482 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $203,900.

Rogelio and Julieta Demen, of Palm Coast, sold 6 Ocean Dune Circle to John and Klara Collins, of Palm Coast, for $1,075,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace and 4,041 square feet.

Kenneth and Kathleen Hanlon, of Williamstown, West Virginia, sold 26 Ethan Allen Drive to Beth Dawson, of Palm Coast, for $234,900. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,686 square feet.
Vindimir and Zeya Kupchik sold 20 Easterly Place to Janet Gallman, of Palm Coast, for $215,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2.355 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $205,000.

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 109 Bickford Drive to Joshua Wooten, of Palm Coast, for $248,500. Built in 2019, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,265 square feet.
Kenneth and Emely Moscone, of Palm Coast, sold 74 Bannbury Lane to Michael and Sally Huber, of Yarmouth Port, Massachusetts, for $234,900. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,703 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $115,000.
Joyce Barrett-Walker, individually and as trustee, sold 33 Boxwood Lane to Ricard and Donna Larson, of Marietta, Georgia, for $215,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,141 square feet.

Palm Harbor
Tatiana Mixan, of Palm Coast, sold 17 Clarendon Court N. to Albert Downs, of Palm Coast, for $388,000. Built in 1998, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 2,088 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $280,000.
Wilmington Savings Fund Society sold 28 Columbus Court to Mark and Cynthia Murray, of Hudson, New Hampshire, for $383,000. Built in 2008, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,256 square feet.
