A house in Island Estates was the top real estate transaction for the week of May 9-15 in Flagler County. John Brinzo, individually and as trustee, sold 129 Island Estates Parkway to John Barrett and Jonathan Vacca, of Palm Coast, for $1.08 million. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 3,851 square feet. Following is a partial list of other sales for the week.

Condos

Gregory and Karen Emmons, of Palm Coast, sold 11 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 1207, to Gautam Sheth and Charles Marri, of Palm Coast, for $584,000. Built in 1992, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,161 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $530,000.

Rebecca Smith and Natalie Smith, of Palm Coast, sold 3600 S. Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 518, to James and Laura Clark, of Brookesville, for $250,000. Built in 1984, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,331 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $115,900.

Michael and Linda Magnus, of St. Augustine, sold 102 Yacht Harbor Drive, Unit 466, to Kevin and Jacqueline Foy, of Palm Coast, for $235,000. Built in 2006, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,351 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $509,000.

Beach Haven

Scott and Regina Tannard, of Flagler Beach, sold 37 Sandy Beach Way to Dennis Wood Engineering LLC, of Lakeland, for $410,000. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,355 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $413,400.

Belle Terre

Arnold and Vinh Ryder, of Palm Coast, sold 146 Parkview Drive to Jeffrey and Melissa Dunn, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,705 square feet.

Grand Haven

Nicholas and Kira Fave, of Palm Coast, sold 26 Crosstie Court to Neil and Roberta Schwartz, of Bridgewater, Connecticut, for $287,500. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and swimming pool. It sold in 2004 for $234,500.

Grand Landings

Anthony and Arleen Cataline sold 102 S. Hummingbird Place to Efrain and Maritza Alfonseca, of Middletown, New York, for $265,000. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,731 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $194,400.

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 109 Grand Reserve Drive to Jonathon Youngblood and Erick Matienzo, of Bunnell, for $252,000. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,799 square feet.

Christopher and Lynn Schroeder, of Palm Coast, sold 113 Brittany Lane to George Prouix and Cindy Way, of Castro Valley, California, for $339,900. Built in 2014, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,455 square feet.

Raymond and Kristy Bassinger, of Daytona Beach, sold 41 Belvedere Lane to Joel and Linda Thiele, of Albany, New York, for $187,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,170 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $180,000.
