The top seller for the week of June 29 to July 5 is a house in Island Estates. Martin and Leslee Kubiet, of Palm Coast, sold 179 Island Estates Parkway to Stephen Williams, of Canton, Georgia, for $920,000. Built in 2007, the house has five bedrooms, four baths, a swimming pool, fireplace, boat dock and 4,788 square feet.

 

Condos

Jeffrey and Elaine Bowman, of Smyrna, Georgia, sold 15 Casa Bella Circle, Unit 1401, to Francis and Joan Gerosa, of Palm Coast, for $350,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,014 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $705,000.

 

Douglas and Karen Inman, of Amelia Island, sold 1100 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 1043, to Daniel and Shannon Goodwin, of Brooksville, for $265,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,344 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $299,900.

 

Leo Blank Jr. and Barbara McKeithan-Blank, of Palm Coast, sold 200 Riverfront Drive, Unit C303, to Thomas and Donna Scardino, of Palm Coast, for $245,000. Built in 2006, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,762 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $226,000.

 

Tomas and Christina Korensky, of Dade City, sold 3600 Ocean Shore Blvd. S., Unit 513, to Anna Eschner, of Flagler Beach, for $250,000. Built in 1984, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,209 square feet.

 

Jagjit and Surinders Nagi, of Virgin Islands, sold 15 Riverview Bend N., Unit 223, to Hector Yanez and Frances Heiser, of Palm Coast, for $145,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,461 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $264,900.

 

Wayne Rezendes, individually and as trustee, sold 19 Masters Court, Unit 19, to Dennis and Al Hughes, of Palm Coast, for $119,000. Built in 1980, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,006 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $61,000.

Arlene Miller sold 1903 S. Flagler Ave. to Kenneth and Nancy Armstrong, of Flagler Beach, for $335,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,661 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $330,000.

Ulrich and Cecile Greuter, as trustees, sold 10 North Park Circle to Felix and Linda Silva, of Palm Coast, for $400,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,955 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $425,000.

 

Stella Macaluso, Philip Danza and Lawrence Danza sold 16 Crosslink Court to Ross and Josephine Weesner, of Palm Coast, for $229,900. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,650 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $188,000.
