A house in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of Dec. 24-30 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Mesrop and Paulette Varol, of Palm Coast, sold 126 Island Estates Parkway to Thomas and Margrit Salcito, of Palm Coast, for $1.75 million. Built in 2006, the house is a 6/6.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 6,255 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Theodore and Alice Smith, of St. Joseph, Missouri, sold 200 Riverview Bend S. Unit 913, to James and Lisa Fabiaschi, of Avon, Connecticut, for $250,000. Built in 2007, the condo is a 3/2.5 and has 1,824 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $200,000.
