A house in Ocean Hammock was the top real estate transaction for the week of Nov. 7-14 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Bellagio Customs Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 29 Northshore Drive to David and Lynnett Tewksbury, of Cocoa Beach, for $809,900. Built in 2019, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,346 square feet. Following is a partial list of other sales for the week.

Condos

Randall and Patricia Cellone, of Pitssburgh, sold 85 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 805, to Andrew and Virginia Nowakowski, as trustee, for $700,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,110 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $1,030,000.

Susan Inglis, individually and as trustee, sold 800 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 741, to Daryl and Sandra Clark, of Plantation, for $547,500. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $750,000.

Tamora and Robert Rusnak, of Palm Coast, sold 11 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 1802, to Kathleen and Larry Bryant, of Little Rock, for $445,000. Built in 1992, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,490 square feet. It sold in January for $450,000.

Cypress Knoll

Lauren Boyer, of South Orange, New Jersey, sold 37 E. Diamond Drive to Luigi Sansone, of Palm Coast, for $221,900. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,780 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $174,000.

Grand Haven

Hershel Gober and Mary Keener, of Palm Coast, sold 6 Jasmine Drive to Richard and Joann Ziemann, of Palm Coast, for $504,000. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,869 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $577,000.

Fishel and Natalia Pustinik, of Ontario, sold 27 St. Andrews Court to Deborah Murphy, of Palm Coast, for $265,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,894 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $163,000.

Hammock Dunes

MTGLQ Investors LP sold 15 Corte Vista to John Callahan and Loretta Johnson, of Palm Coast, for $475,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace and 3,668 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $800,000.

Indian Trails

Orlando Ardila, of Palm Coast, sold 14 Burning Tree Place to Elijah and Tiffany Miller, of Palm Coast, for $249,900. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,628 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $195,000.

Matanzas Woods

Clint and Dawn Weathers, of Palm Coast, sold 8 Largo Place to Matthew and Angela Adkins, of Jacksonville, for $294,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,868 square feet.

Daniel and Aida Rodriguez sold 45 La Mancha Drive to Clint and Dawn Weathers, of Palm Coast, for $164,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,829 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $101,000.

Model Land

Michael McGuffie, Janet and Raleigh Geddings, and Linda McGuffie sold 1204 Daytona Ave. to Robert and Carmen Lawler, of North Wales, Pennsylvania, for $355,000. Built in 1988, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,640 square feet.

Not in Neighborhood

Robert Ledbetter and Dylan Anderson, of Ormond Beach, sold 660 Southlake Drive to Alain Kasiak and Sylvia Crisman-Kasiak, of Ormond Beach, for $584,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, 2.4 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,746 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $580,000.

Denise and Glen Heinrich, and Rose Jesselli, of Chesapeake, Virginia, sold 2 Foxhall Lane to Patrick and Debra Ryan, of Burlington, Massachusetts, for $383,215. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,524 square feet.

Palm Harbor

Theodore and Irma Canty, of Palm Coast, sold 87 Freemont Turn to Nathaniel Vincent III, of Palm Coast, for $280,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,087 square feet.

Vanessa Zabowski, Catherine Guerrero and Thomas Matthews, of Palm Coast, sold 50 Westminster Drive to Michael and Rena Hall, of Palm Coast, for $200,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,067 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $165,000.

Jacqueline LaGrange, of Palm Coast, sold 18 Westland Place to Thomas and Barbara Crouthamel, of Ponte Vedra, for $180,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,497 square feet.

Volusia Residential Construction LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 808 Creekwood Drive to Brewster and Emmylou Restauro, of Ormond Beach, for $354,285. Built in 2019, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,241 square feet.

Robert Reese, as trustee, sold 78 Kingsley Circle to Henry Bandy, of Ormond Beach, for $205,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,266 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $175,000.
