A house in Palm Harbor with access to the Matanzas River was the top real estate transaction for the week of Aug. 23-29 in Flagler County. John and Ann Leide, individually and as trustees, sold 78 Club House Drive to Jimmy and Pamela Bail, of Palm Coast, for $575,000. Built in 1999, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 3,666 square feet. Following is a partial list of other sales for the week.

 

Condos

Geraldine and Michael Lamont, individually and as trustees, sold 1100 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 1035, to Christopher and Tamela Vance, of Stone Mountain, Georgia, for $323,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $451,400.

 

Stephen Gallagher, of Palm Coast, sold 102 Yacht Harbor Drive, Unit 177, to Angela Echols, of Palm Coast, for $238,000. Built in 2006, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,570 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $210,000.

 

James and Jacquelin Post, of Jacksonville, sold 60 Surfview Drive, Unit 624, to Steven and Judith Paynter, of Cohutta, Georgia, for $520,000. Built in 2004, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,786 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $775,000.

 

Country Club Harbor

D.R. Horton Inc. – Jacksonville sold 4 Country Club Harbor Circle to Thomas and Glenad Pruitt, of Palm Coast, for $265,000. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,701 square feet.

 

Grand Haven

Mildred Ulrich, of Palm Coast, sold 15 Pelican Court to Denise Peck and Susan Glasper, of Palm Coast, for $300,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,649 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $283,300.

 

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. – Jacksonville sold 120 Grand Reserve Drive to Arthur Larson and Margaret Mitchell, of Bunnell, for $305,990. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,363 square feet.

 

D.R. Horton Inc. - Jacksonville sold 220 Grand Reserve Drive to Jerone and Michelle Roland, of Bunnell, for $244,990. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,862 square feet.

 

Hammock Dunes

Terry and Susan Averdick, of Palm Coast, sold 12 La Costa Place to Michael Quiqley and Moya Krohn, of Palm Coast, for $510,000 Built in 2012, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,096 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $381,100.

 

Lehigh Woods

Steven and Sherrie Knob, individually and as trustees, sold 57 Ryland Drive to Eric and Evonne Guerrero, and Lisa Caraballo, of Palm Coast, for $239,900. Built in 2005, the house has five bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 1,869 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $270,000.

 

Carole Williams, of Palm Coast, sold 18 Riverside Lane to Nguyen Phan and Annie Tran, of Palm Coast, for $230,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,527 square feet.

 

Peter and Xavine Masters, of Palm Coast, sold 6 Rainbush Place to Rodrigo Valasquez, of Miami, for $179,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,845 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $146,500.

 

Indian Trails

Ryan and Christopher Pennella, of Palm Coast, sold 115 Brookside Lane to Howard Whitehurst, of Palm Coast, for $210,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,196 square feet.

 

Matanzas Woods

Amaral Homes and Pools LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 6 Lake Placid Place to Orlando and Iracema Ataide, as trustees, for $360,000. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,576 square feet.

 

Michael and Jennifer Thrift, of Palm Coast, sold 40 Lindsay Drive to Richard and Debbie Rinehart, of Daytona Beach, for $185,000. Built in 1987, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,997 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $268,000.

 

Cathy Burak, individually and as representative, sold 95 Laramie Drive to Calrissian Williams, of Palm Coast, for $174,500. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,728 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $154,900.

 

Not in Subdivision

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 28 Noah Blvd. to Marianita and Virgilio Ravelo, of Flagler Beach, for $280,200. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,265 square feet.

 

William Smith Sr., of St. Augustine, sold 24 Lyndenhurst Lane to Mark and Brittany Snyder, of Palm Coast, for $207,500. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,804 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $280,000.

 

Palm Coast Plantation

Haskell and Susan Karasoff, of Green Cove Springs, sold 5 Heron Drive to Karen and Gregory Emmons, of Palm Coast, for $565,000. Built in 2007, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,982 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $625,000.

 

Pine Grove

Ronald Elkins and Tina McDonald-Elkins, of Palm Coast, sold 38 Pine Circle Drive to Michael and Karla Cutlip, of Palm Coast, for $240,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,869 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $230,000.

 

Vladimir and Galina Berezner, of Brooklyn, sold 50 Pinelynn Drive to Eddie and Elizabeth Rivera, of Palm Coast, for $160,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,370 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $159,000.

 

Tidelands

Regina McManus, individually and as trustee, sold 90 Longview Way N. to Thomas Purcell, of North Kingstown, Rhode Island, for $315,000. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,360 square feet.

 

Toscana

Applied Building Development of Orlando P.C. Inc., of Davenport, sold 24 New Water Oak Drive to James and Luz Quinones, of Palm Coast, for $475,000. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,712 square feet.

 

Woodlands

Anthony Fray, individually and as representative, sold 75 Blare Castle Drive to Anthony Fray and Norman Fray, of Kingshurst, England, for $105,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,434 square feet. It sold in 1981 for $78,700.
