A house in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of April 11-17 in Flagler County. M. Mahoney Property LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 13 Cordoba Court to Braham and Brianne Crane, of Palm Coast, for $1.15 million. Built in 1998, the house has five bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,541 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $425,000. Following is a partial list of other sales for the week.

 

Condos

Marlene Nellenbach, individually and as trustee, sold 60 Surfview Drive, Unit 403, to Francis and Diana Ferland, of Yarmouth, Maine, for $418,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,640 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $463,000.

 

Andrew Toxey, of Orlando, sold 400 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 333, to Alan and Sharon Jacobs, of Commack, New York, for $320,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,344 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $525,000.

 

Carithers-Wallace-Courtenay Properties LLC sold 35 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 1132, to Christina Berger, of St. Augustine, for $200,000. Built in 2003, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,264 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $495,000.

 

Belle Terre

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 77 Prattwood Lane to Jose and Alessandra Gomes, of Newark, New Jersey, for $231,800. Built in 2019, the house had four bedrooms, two baths and 1,859 square feet.

 

Cypress Knoll

Corrado and Kathalene Picano, of Palm Coast, sold 64 Eagle Harbor Trail to Terry Poindexter, and Ashley and Edwin Pokki, of Palm Coast, for $282,000. Built in 1998, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,276 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $255,000.

 

Daytona North

Deborah Peterson sold 2863 Spruce St. to Deia Schermerhorn and Stephen Palmer, of Bunnell, for $139,000. Built in 2007, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,120 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $149,000.

 

Grand Haven

Leonard and Barbara Kurp, of Jacksonville, sold 35 Front St. to Lee and Laura Frankenberger, of Fort Collins, Colorado, for $600,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, shared dock and 2,454 square feet.

 

Stephen and Karen Thomas, individually and as trustees, sold 9 Village Drive N. to Michael and Marcella Leonard, of Palm Coast, for $425,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,685 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $430,000.

 

Hammock Dunes

Joan Campbell and Molly Kapsner, individually and as trustees, sold 10 Cordoba Court to Fresh Waters Industries Inc., of Palm Coast, for $727,000. Built in 1998, the house has five bedrooms, five baths, fireplace, swimming pool and 4,605 square feet.

 

Harbor Village

James and Margaret McNab, individually and as trustees, sold 328 Harbor Village Point N. to Richard and Kristine Parsons, of Windemere, for $685,000. Built in 2014, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, two half-baths, an elevator and 3,382 square feet.

 

Lehigh Woods

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 14 Round Mill Lane to Mieczyslaw and Ewa Dabrowski, of East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, for $230,700. Built in 2019, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,859 square feet.

 

Ken and Lisa Buenker, of Prospect, Kentucky, sold 25 Rymer Lane to Armenia and Joaquina Silva, of Palm Coast, for $173,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,342 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $139,000.

 

Not in Subdivision

Matthew Butler, of Wyoming, Pennsylvania, sold 3346 N. Ocean Shore Blvd. to Brian Tiller, of Enterprise, for $630,000. Built in 2000, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool, boat dock and 2,961 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $315,000.

 

Ocean Hammock

Frederick Harbour and Jonee Christenson, of Palm Coast, sold 22 Blue Heron Lane to Carlos Rodriguez, of Palm Coast, for $455,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,177 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $528,000.

 

Palm Harbor

Janet Schachter, of Palm Coast, sold 34 Clearview Court N. to Robert and Kristine Solms, of Palm Coast, for $310,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 1,962 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $147,500.

 

Wallace and Deanna Loper, individually and as trustee, sold 38 Federal Lane to Charles and Patricia Marano, of Palm Coast, for $187,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,014 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $116,900.

 

Pine Grove

WJH LLC, of Greensboro, North Carolina, sold 11 Post Oak Lane to Curtis and Megan Henson, of Palm Coast, for $176,465. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,709 square feet.

 

Pine Lakes

Chris and Patricia Vanregemorter, of Naples, sold 3 Woodside Drive to Edward Reed, of Palm Coast, for $335,900. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,374 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $335,000.

 

Plantation Bay

Volusia Residential Construction LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 850 Creekwood Drive to Nancy and William Bartlett, of Ormond Beach, for $478,719. Built in 2019, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,565 square feet.

 

Quail Hollow

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 114 Laguna Forest Trail to Diane Dwyer, of Palm Coast, for $239,930. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,117 square feet.

 

Anthony and Mary Shanahan, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, sold 97 Karas Trail to Theresa Ellinger, of Palm Coast, for $207,000. Built in 2013, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,568 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $137,400.

 

Sea Colony

Fawn Lynch, Stephen Loper and Thomas Loper sold 8 Medford Drive to Adam and Sara Drummer, of Palm Coast, for $285,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, boat dock and 1,382 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $140,600.
