A house in Hammock Beach was the top real estate transaction for the week of Oct. 17-23 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Michele Boscano, of Hillsborough, New Jersey, sold 15 Las Palmas Way to Dennis and Lita Strom, of Palm Coast, for $590,000. Built in 2006, the house has five bedrooms, five baths and 3,833 square feet. Following is a partial list of other sales for the week.

 

Condos

Villa Roma LLC, of Suwanee, Georgia, sold 35 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 1123, to Pamela Fishbein, as trustee, for $235,000. Built in 2003, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,160 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $267,900.

 

Lori Wasserman, of Patchogue, New York, sold 29 Magnolia Drive S., Unit 29, Stephen and Cynthia Kelly, of Ormond Beach, for $174,000. Built in 2005, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,300 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $147,900.

 

Cypress Knoll

Saul and Jennifer Biancanletto sold 55 Eric Drive to Daniel and Sharon Nieves, of Palm Coast, for $312,500. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,409 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $229,000.

 

Nikolai and Lora Vassiliev, of Palm Coast, sold 49 Eastwood Drive to Andrew and Dana Berry, of Palm Coast, for $253,500. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,000 square feet.

 

Grand Landings

Dream Finders Homes LLC, of Jacksonville, sold 213 Coopers Hawk Way to Mark and Heather Campochiaro, of Palm Coast, for $375,560. Built in 2019, the house has five bedrooms, four baths and 3,215 square feet.

 

Hammock Beach

Michele Boscano, of Hillsborough, New Jersey, sold 15 Las Palmas Way to Dennis and Lita Strom, of Palm Coast, for $590,000. Built in 2006, the house has five bedrooms, five baths and 3,388 square feet.

 

Indian Trails

Samuel and Maria Cotto, of Palm Coast, sold 31 Buttermill Drive to Jose and Margarida Diaz, and Ashley Diaz, of Newark, New Jersey, for $200,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,014 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $234,500.

 

Not in Subdivision

Vintage Estate Homes LLC, of Melbourne, sold 7 Lewisdale Lane to Jeffrey and Gloria Grobdruck, of Palm Coast, for $330,565. Built in 2019, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,670 square feet.

 

Palm Harbor

Gloria Chapman and Andrew Hardin, and Marilyn Prince, individually and as trustees, sold 5 Water Oak Place to Michelle Brown and Joyce George, of Palm Coast, for $405,000. Built in 1990, the house has five bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,638 square feet.

 

Donald Wall, of Gainesville, sold 28 Cool Water Court to Jerald and Amy Coopersmith, as trustees, for $352,400. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,800 square feet.

 

Maggie Da Silva, individually and as trustee, sold 28 Forest Grove Drive to Shabria Fulcher and Tokeela Loel, of Palm Coast, for $243,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,013 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $183,500.

 

Kevin and Nicole Tallaksen, as trustees, sold 46 Fischer Lane to George Hardy, of Palm Coast, for $154,000. Built in 1978, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,041 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $118,000.

 

Pine Lakes

Wesley and Mariana Redwanc, of Palm Coast, sold 2 Watson Place to John and Geraldine LoFranco, of Palm Coast, for $235,600. Built in 2019, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,832 square feet.  It sold in 2015 for $285,000.

 

Henry Gaudet, of Weymouth, Maine, sold 16 Wellwater Drive to June and Keith Geisey, of Palm Coast, for $224,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,794 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $117,900.

 

Susan Page sold 3 Wood Ash Lane to Cheryl Horn, of Palm Coast, for $156,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,097 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $116,500.

 

Quail Hollow

Ford and Humbert Developers Inc., of Palm Coast, sold 9 Kathleen Trail to John and Rita Haman, of Palm Coast, for $242,500. Built in 2019, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,176 square feet.
