The District 19 championship was never in question for the Palm Coast 10-11 Division All-stars. They beat the Eustis All-stars in every aspect of both games, winning by a combined score of 41-4 in a total of eight innings to win the title on Tuesday, June 30, in Eustis.

“This group of kids is very special; they’re all players who love the sport and are having fun giving everything that they have and that's what makes it great,” coach Raul Hernandez said. “At the end of the night, it’s great to see them all smile and be proud of what they accomplished.”

After Palm Coast opened the first game with 14 runs in three innings, while only allowing two, it was clear there would be no controversy in the concluding moments.

Next up, the All-stars will look to ride their momentum into the sectional tournament, which will be held on Saturday, July 11, in St. Augustine.
