Hoop-hoop hurray: Palm Coast to offer basketball league

Are you a baller? Palm Coast's Parks and Recreation Department is tipping off a new adult  basketball league this summer.

The five-on-five play will begin Tuesday, June 28, at Buddy Taylor Middle School, 4500 Belle Terre Parkway.

Games will be 7, 8 and 9 p.m. Tuesdays, until Aug. 16. Each team can include up to 10 players, ages 18 and up, and the cost is $350 per team for the season. Fees are due at the time of registration, and all registration must be paid as a team. Teams are accepted on a first-come, first-registered-and-paid basis.

Team enrollment is under way at the Palm Coast Community Center, 305 Palm Coast Parkway N.E. Champions will receive free entry for next summer’s league.
