A house in Flagler Beach was the top real estate transaction for the week of July 8-14 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Michael Mullen and Maryann Marquardt, of Palm Coast, sold 1500 Lambert Ave. to Thomas Bouma, of Flagler Beach, for $1.65 million. Built in 1988, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace, boat dock, boathouse and 4,591 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.
Condos
Austin Miller and Sara Ditzel-Miller, individually and as trustee, sold 15 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 1341, to David and Janice Knapp, as trustees, for $575,000. Built in 2005, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,696 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $315,000.
Richard and Paula Kelton, of DeLand, sold 55 Riverview Bend S., Unit 2022, to John and Sandra Banko, of Palm Coast, for $450,000. Built in 2007, the condo is a 3/3 and has 2,007 square feet.
Manuel and Laura Soares, of Oakville, Connecticut, sold 2001 Palm Drive, Unit G 103, to Kim and Teresa Marter, of Flagler Beach, for $269,000. Built in 2003, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,567 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $211,500.

William and Pamela Peterson, of Jacksonville, sold 720 N. Central Ave. to Douglas and Jennifer McMillan, of Flagler Beach, for $715,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 4/3 and has 3,708 square feet.

Waleid Elsayyed, of Flagler Beach, sold 22 Eagle Lake Drive to Bruce Harris, of Flagler Beach, for $380,000. Built in 2018, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,093 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $268,300.

Odysseus and Mary Biberias, of Bunnell, sold 100 S. Hummingbird Place to James Seay, of San Diego, California, for $296,000. Built in 2013, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,719 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $166,000.
