Sanneke Murphy, Randolph Webb and Nicolette Webb sold the home at 236 Underwood Trail to Marisa and Charles Lauman, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 2010, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,891 square feet of living area. Sold originally for $162,900 in 2010.
