A home in The Conservatory topped the list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of Dec. 16–22. Daniel Elstein, of Syracuse, N.Y., sold the home at 608 Mahogany Run to Vitali Ganin and Olga Ganina, of Carmel, N.Y., for $630,000. Built in 2007 as a builder’s model, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a billiard room, a theater room, a pool and 5,116 square feet of living area. The lot on which this home was built sold in 2006 for $429,900.

FLAGLER BEACH
Fuquay

Ronald and Patricia Sater, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 2113 Flagler Ave. S. to Chris and Joan Willis, of Flagler Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,354 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $320,000.

Marina Bay

Freddie Mac sold Unit 100-103 of Marina Bay Condominium Phase I, 100 Marina Bay Drive, to Dale Gauch and Angie Valentine, of Belleville, Ill., for $122,900. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,138 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $320,000.

Plaza Caribe

Suzanne Gordon, of Palm Coast, sold Unit 6, Building 3 of Plaza Caribe Condominium, 301 Central Ave. S., to Peter and Natalya Gordon, of Palm Coast, for $126,000. Built in 2007, it has one bedroom, one bath and 656 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $125,000.

Cinnamon Beach

Robert Leatherman, of Chuluota, sold condominium Unit 355 of Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock, 400 Cinnamon Beach Way, to Gregory and Jennifer Krodel, of Rushville, Ind., for $425,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $366,600.

Hammock Beach

Earl and Kathryn Hatcher, of St. Augustine, sold condominium Unit 912 of The Villas at Hammock Beach, 55 Ocean Crest Way, to William and Erica Hayes, of Belleville, Canada, for $236,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,859 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $750,000.

Belle Terre

Leonid and Kari Shekhter, of Delmar, N.Y., sold the home at 142 Beechwood Lane to Svetlana Brandon, of Palm Coast, for $57,200. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,824 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $195,000.

Richard Weber Jr. and Karen Weber, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 7 Putter Drive to Leonard and Yolanda Estevez, of Palm Coast, for $85,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,997 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $154,000.

Bella Harbor

Fannie Mae sold Unit 3-2E, Bella Harbor Condominium, 300 Bella Harbor Court, to Alberto and Lidia Pereira, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,745 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $359,000.

Canopy Walk

Christine Balogh, of Huntington, N.Y., sold condominium Unit 913 of Canopy Walk, 900 Canopy Walk Lane, to Peter Ratto and Joan Ratto, of Palm Coast, for $169,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,377 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $238,200.

Cypress Knoll

Kevin and Carla Stevenson, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 18 Emerson Drive to Ramiro Blaz, of Cranston, R.I., for $130,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,925 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $290,000.

Grand Haven

Ruth Lodgek, of Haddonfield, N.J., sold the townhouse at 9 River Park Drive N. to Russell Leavitt Jr., of Palm Coast, for $190,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,828 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $252,400.

Indian Trails

Olga Zaychik, of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold the home at 35 Bunker Knolls Lane to Kalyan Phan and Rattray Phan, of Palm Coast, for $115,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,420 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $306,000.

James and Anna Cairns, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 192, Boulder Rock Drive to Gary and Linda Soderberg, of Palm Coast, for $162,500. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,014 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $158,300. The pool was added in 2005.

Lake Forest

Richard and Ruth, of Rockway, N.Y., sold the townhouse at 8 Lake Forest Court N. to Charles Crow, of Pam Coast, for $92,500. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,173 square feet of living area. It sold in 1993 for $108,900.

Lehigh Woods

Bank of New York sold the home at 9 Reindeer Lane to Edward Gurary, of Orange, Ohio, for $93,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,679 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $168,800.

ALT Homes LLC, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 9 Richfield Place to Kelly Boileau, of Palm Coast, for $98,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,284 square feet of living area. It sold in August 2012 for $56,800.

Matanzas Woods

William and Elaine Mead, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 227 London Drive to Alan and Barbara Aldridge, of Palm Coast, for $217,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,065 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $167,000.

Palm Harbor

Eva Pacheco, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 23 Fernwood Lane to Nicholas Avis, of Palm Coast, for $107,000. Built in 1975, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,663 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $102,900.

Hill Family Realty LLC, Tamco Corp of Volusia County, BKG Properties LLC and SMT Properties Group LLC sold the home at 12 Fircrest Lane to Jose Veloso, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,809 square feet of living area. It sold in June 2012 for $116,600.

Nazzareno and Anna Diperna, of Auburn, N.Y., sold the home at 107 Fort Caroline Lane to Manuel and Lucilia Conceicao, of Palm Coast, for $99,900. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,247 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $80,000.

Robert Cooke III and Jeri Hitzler, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 43 Wood Cedar Drive to Allen and Karen Brown, of St. Augustine, for $219,900. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,160 square feet of living area. It sold in 1996 for $142,000.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 16 Woodstone Lane to Cosimo Losorsa, of Yonkers, N.Y., for $75,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,312 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 53 Seathorn Path to Ronald and Angela Stockwell, of Palm Coast, for $115,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,509 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $212,900.

9 Selene Place Land Trust, GV United Inc. and Phio Properties LLC sold the home at 9 Selene Place to Carol Costello, of Palm Coast, for $117,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,670 square feet of living area. It sold in July 2012 for $68,000.

Joel Shane and Theodore Barba, of Palm Coast, sold condominium Unit 1733, Tidelands, 65 Riverview Bend S., to Andrew and Sushma Ogram, of Gainsville, for $104,500. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,283 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $444,900.
