Craft store Hobby Lobby and Moe's Southwest Grill are two companies listed as tenants in plans for the Palm Harbor Shopping Center, which is to be renamed Island Walk.
The companies are shown in plans published on the website of The Shopping Center Group, which is representing Island Walk in securing leases.
The plans show Hobby Lobby as its own 48,384-square-foot building just east of what would be the new, 53,785-square-foot Publix building.
The Moe's Southwest Grill is shown as taking 2,450 square feet on the west end of a building that would sit just north of the Bank of America, ABC Fine Wine and Spirits and Wells Fargo Bank. The nearest Moe's, according to the Moe's Southwest Grill website, is about 20 miles away, in Ormond Beach.
