A house in Hidden Hammock was the top real estate transaction for the week of June 3-9 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Jimmie and Debra Gonce, of Palm Coast, sold 60 Hidden Hammock Lane to David and Mary Figurelli, as trustees, for $1.2 million. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/4 and has 3,500 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

 

Condos

Robert and Alexandra Wagaman, of Palm Coast, sold 100 Bella Harbor Court, Unit 114, to Clay Schwabe, of Palm Coast, for $430,000. Built in 2006, the condo is a 3/2.5 and has 2,325 square feet.

 

Huey and Julie Merchant, as trustees, sold 33 Veranda Way, Unit 33, to William Cryts and Janet Milne, of Palm Coast, for $229,900. Built in 2002, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,143 square feet.

 

Belle Terre

Dirty Properties LLC sold 35 Panei Lane to Carrie and Michael Gargone, of St. Augustine, for $235,000. Built in 1998, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,360 square feet.

 

Grand Haven

Dennis and Andrea Bosnich, of Palm Coast, sold 50 River Trail to Pavel and Mara Bochman, of Guttenberg, New Jersey, for $570,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a swimming pool and 3,241 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $448,000.

 

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 64 Birdie Way to Daniel and Angela Castoria, of Bunnell, for $302,995. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,986 square feet.

 

Indian Trails

Renata Ayzenberg, of Brooklyn, sold 246 Bird of Paradise Drive to Michael and Alba Padilla, of Ridgefield Park, New Jersey, for $274,900. Built in 2005, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,924 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $179,000.

 

Lehigh Woods

LGI Homes Florida LLC, of The Woodlands, Texas, sold 85 Radcliffe Drive to Kent and Knoeidia Hill, of Palm Coast, for $265,900. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,851 square feet.

 

Matanzas Woods

Francisco Henriques, of Fort Pierce, sold 57 London Drive to Allen Simon and Genevieve Wilson, of Palm Coast, for $230,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,623 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $172,500.

Maronda Homes LLC sold 79 Huntington Place to Huntington Green MHL LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $438,295. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,988 square feet.

 

Roberta Nelson and Don Richard, of Crofton, Maryland, sold 1105 Lambert St. E. to Roddy Brewer, of Bunnell, for $285,000. Built in 1962, the house is a 1/1.5 and has a swimming pool and 1,095 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $55,000.

John and Jean Thompson, of Flagler Beach, sold 1728 N. Central Ave. to Walton Accommodations 55 LLC, of Monticello, for $785,000. Built in 2000, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, dune walk and 1,856 square feet.

 

Palm Harbor

Marat and Marina Akbarov, of Rockville, Maryland, sold 13 Sabal Bend to Michael and Michele Charland, of Palm Coast, for $399,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 3/3 and has 2,522 square feet.

 

Palm Island

Malee Sarntinoranont, of Gainesville, sold 364 Palm Circle to Rick and Jennifer Vaders, of Flagler Beach, for $315,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 2/2 and has 988 square feet.

 

Pine Grove

Matthew and Elizaveta Probershteyn, of Old Bridge, New Jersey, sold 144 Pine Grove Drive to Audrey Anderson, of New Rochelle, New York, for $265,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,027 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $160,000.

 

William Cryts Sr. and Janet Milne, of Palm Coast, sold 18 Pine Grove Drive to John and Barbara Kairis, of Palm Coast, for $244,900. Built in 2002, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,624 square feet.

 

Seminole Woods

Goodwin Properties Group LLC, of Fremont, California, sold 14 Secretary Trail to Chris Polson, as trustee, for $349,900. Built in 2006, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 2,730 square feet.

 

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 203 Underwood Trail to Ralph and Marilyn Seard, of Palm Coast, for $195,990. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,284 square feet.
