A Hammock on the River home home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions, the weeks of Oct. 22 to Nov. 4. Suntrust Mortgage Inc. sold the home at 5 Hammock Oak Court to Tom and Kathryn Oddo, of Blacksburg, Va., for $430,177. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a pool and 3,822 square feet of living area. It sold earlier this year for $978,800.

Ronald Koehler and Trudy Guetter, of Kings Park, N.Y., sold the home at 6 Ellison Lane to David Kinter, of Palm Coast, for $210,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,568 square feet of living area.

Richard and Betty Pinder, of Clermont, sold the home at 4262 Old A1A to William Cady III and Priscila Wolff, of Miami, for $355,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 2,216 square feet of living area. It sold in 1996 for $178,000. The dock was built in 1996.

Ronald and Sandra Palumbo, of Glen Ellyn, Ill., sold the condo at 15 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 1325, to Gene and Nancy McCoskey, of Orange Park, for $242,900. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,696 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $83,200.
