Atlanta Beach

Gerard and Loretta Fennelly, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 4 Coventry Lane to Marteen and Ray Reese, of Franklin, North Carolina, for $183,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a fireplace and 965 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2011 for $132,000.  

 

Cedar Island

Lawrence Greenberg, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 2590 Palm Ave. to Michael and Debbie Balluff, of Palm Coast, for $775,000. Built in 2013, it has five bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and 5,118 square feet of living area.

 

Grand Haven

Nicholas and Kelli Jebbia, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 37 Osprey Circle to Edward and Torea Long, of Wilmington, North Carolina, for $409,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fireplace and 2,694 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2012 for $365,000.

 

Hammock Beach

Ashby and Nancy Richards, of Brunswick, Maine, sold the home at 50 Oak View Circle to Roger and April Koehler, of Palm Coast, for $560,800.  Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a swimming pool and 2,655 square feet of living area.

 

Hidden Lakes

D.R. Horton Inc., of St. Johns, sold the home at 53 Auberry Drive to Michael and Yamila Cordova, of Palm Coast, for $234,990. Built in 2015, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,847 square feet of living area.

 

Indian Trails

Andrea and John Tosi, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 25 Bird of Paradise to a Florida Limited Liability Company, of Ridgefield, Connecticut, for $180,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,420 square feet of living area. Originally sold in 2005 for $288,600.

Maronda Homes Inc., of Jacksonville, sold the home at 64 Bruce Lane to Shawn and Eve Moksnes, of Palm Coast, for $183,000. Built in 2015, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,972 square feet of living area.

Gary and Norma Allen, of Greenbackville, Virginia, sold the home at 11 Butternut Drive to Thomas and Dawn Barry, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a swimming pool and 1,499 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2004 for $151,000.

 

Lehigh Woods

Charles Hayes sold the home at 180 Ryan Drive to Sergio and Kathy Perez, of Palm Coast, for $136,000.  

Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,399 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2005 for $185,000.

Brandon and Jennifer Champion, of Windham, Maine, sold the home at 80 Rymshaw Drive to Austin Moore, Christopher and Carolyn Loveman, of Palm Coast, for $162,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,096 square feet of living area. Originally sold in 2002 for $100,800.

William and Kimberly Beaumont sold the home at 6 Angela Drive to Charles Hayes, Brian and Kimberly Hammond, of Palm Coast, for $220,000. Built in 2007, it has five bedrooms, three bathrooms and 3,380 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2012 for $192,500.

Richard Wiley, of Highland City, sold the home at 11 Ripplewood Lane to Michael Paleczny and Fang Wang, of Palm Coast, for $136,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms two bathrooms, a swimming pool and 1,290 square feet of living area. Originally sold in 1999 for $74,600.

Chrispother Wojton, of Lake Mary, sold the home at 19 Renmont Place to Lisa Hanson, of Logan, West Virginia, for $82,000. Built in 1994, it has two bedrooms, one bathroom and 875 square feet of living area. Originally sold in 1994 for $49,500.

 

Palm Coast Plantation

William McDonagh, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 30 Riverwalk Drive S. to Grigory and Alla Gofman, of Palm Coast, for $290,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace and 2,195 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2013 for $299,000.

 

Palm Harbor

Ross Pierce, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 7 Cleveland Court to Julia and William Connolly, of Palm Coast, for $375,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a swimming pool, spa, boat house, boat dock and 2,656 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2012 for $340,000.

Albert Costello sold the home at 21 Fairchild Lane to Patrick and Kathryn Rompala, of Palm Coast, for $169,000. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,939 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2003 for $156,900.

Felipe Martins, Jose and Anna Martins, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 64 Franciscan Lane to Mykhtar Janayev, of Palm Coast, for $210,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a swimming pool and 1,904 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2013 for $160,000.

Charles and Doreen Munna, of Fort Worth, Texas, sold the home at 54 Farmsworth Drive to Sandra Rose, of Xenia, Ohio, for $245,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a swimming pool and 1,978 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2011 for $220,000.

Federal National Mortgage Association, of Dallas, Texas, sold the home at 8 Ferdinand Lane to Albert and Nancy Oliver, of Palm Coast, for $87,501. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,210 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 1993 for $50,000.

Federal National Mortgage Association, of Dallas, Texas, sold the home at 17 Fairview Lane to Peter Lund and Elsa Urrutia Cravioto, of Palm Coast, for $65,000. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,218 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 1999 for $53,500.

Robert and Vickie Swindall, of Green Cove Springs, sold the home at 50 Cochise Court to Michael and Anne Elcock, of Palm Coast, for $369,900. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 1,888 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2009 for $360,000.

 

Pine Grove

Hamby Contracting Inc., of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 9 Pickford Drive to Vito and Johanna Valentini, of Bethel, New York, for $151,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,779 square feet of living area.

 

Pine Lakes

Silvino DeOliveira, of New Bedford, Massachusetts, sold the home at 45 Wellshire Lane to Debora Blair and John Dick, of Palm Coast, for $180,000. Built in 1989, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a swimming pool, spa and 1,889 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 1993 for $112,000.

Alicia Moore, of Charlotte, North Carolina, sold the home at 10 Wendover Lane to Robert Whalen and Pegge Shepard, of Hyde Park, Vermont, for $105,500. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,226 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 1986 for $62,000.

 

Venice Park

Giacomo Camplesi and Lisa Bradley, of Keystone Heights, sold the home at 156 Avalon Ave. to Marc Delagardelle, of Burlingame, California, for $265,000. Built in 1958, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a boat dock and 1,428 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2012 for $217,000.

 

Woodlands

Steven Thomas and Bruce Garrison, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 15 Blare Castle Drive to Larry and Shirley Legge, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace and 1,258 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2001 for $75,000.

 

FLAGLER COUNTY

Wilmington Trust, of Salt Lake City, Utah, sold the home at 147 Bird of Paradise Drive to Kenneth Floyd and Erin Thorpe, of Palm Coast, for $128,100. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,910 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2004 for $153,000.

Cindy Routly, of St. Augustine, sold the home at 21 Ocean St. to Janice Koppell and Christa Vlaun, of Palm Coast, for $252,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a storage building, fireplace and 1,412 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 1990 for $85,000.
