An oceanfront condominium in Hammock Dunes tops this week's sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of Jan. 20–26. This sale was one half of a transaction in which each party sold their respective condominium to the other party. Robert Reid and Alison Reid, of Palm Coast, sold condominium Unit 206 of Tuscany at Hammock Dunes, 85 Avenue De La Mer, to Larry Mercer, of Travelers Rest, S.C. for $1,100,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,077 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $1,320,000.

BUNNEL
Dennis Borsato, Roseanne Borsato, David Borsato and Melissa Borsato, of Ontario, Canada, sold condominium Unit 7-D, Palm Pointe I, 4600 Moody Blvd. E., to Alina Konshlna, of Palm Coast, for $45,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 951 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $56,000.

FLAGLER COUNTY
Plantation Bay
Intervest at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold the home at 671 Elk River Drive to Kenneth and Patricia Forister, of Palm Coast, for $229,900. Built by the seller in 2012, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,877 square feet of living area.

THE HAMMOCK
In the second half of this week's top transaction Larry Mercer, of Travelers Rest, S.C., sold condominium Unit 2002 of Viscaya I, 23 Viscaya Lane, to Robert Reid and Alison Reid, of Palm Coast, for $300,000. Built in 1999, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,837 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $400,000.

PALM COAST
Cypress Knoll
US Bank National Association sold the home at 34 Easterly Place to Daniel and Amy Corey, of Monticello, Maine, for $92,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,502 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $180,000.

Lehigh Woods
Secretary of Housing & Urban Development sold the home at 108 Raemoor Drive to Samantha Davis, of Palm Coast, for $80,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,646 square feet of living area.
Steven Thomas, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 2 Rollin Fern Place to David and Annette Lissy, of Plainfield, N.J., for $140,400. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,246 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $76,500.

Lehigh Woods
Fannie Mae sold the home at 78 Rollins Lane to Darrell and Marisa, of Palm Coast, for $195,000. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, three baths and 3,322 square feet of living area.

Matanzas Woods
Edith Ferrena, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 14 Lewiston Court to Ronald and Tiffany Hertel, of Palm Coast, for $200,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,444 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $134,500.

Palm Coast Resort
Principal Lenders Group Inc., of Miami, sold condominium Unit 508, Building E, Phase I, of Palm Coast Resort to Glen Moller and Christina Preston, of Sanford, for $210,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,702 square feet of living area.

Palm Harbor
Anthony Valdez, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 2 Calusa Court to Ralph and Mary Grams, of Palm Coast, for $183,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,800 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $160,000. The boat dock was added in 2007.
Michael Flank and Janet Redes, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 18 Clarendon Court S. to Edward Schilling III and Bonnie Schilling, from Newnan, Ga., for $285,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat dock and 1,823 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $188,000.

Pine Lakes
William and Robyn Schubert, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 76 Wellesley Lane to Walter and Janice Ireland, of Galloway, N.J., for $192,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,805 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $302,000.
Zuhair Jacob and Daniel Jacob, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 339 Wellington Drive to Doris Cooper, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,051 square feet of living area. It sold in 1986 for $142,600.
Douglas and Ellen Gabbert, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 100 Wood Haven Drive to Alexandre and Celeste Albuquerque, of Monroe, Conn., for $116,200. Built by the sellers in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,635 square feet of living area.
John and Frances Ritchie, of Granville, Ohio, sold the home at 62 Woodworth Road to Gary and Maureen Judy, of Silver Springs, for $128,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,186 square feet of living area. It sold in 1990 for $100,000.

Seminole Woods
William Ford, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 19 Serenity Place to Zhiping Wu and Rong Di, of Briarcliff Manor, N.Y., for $114,900. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,545 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $110,000.

Tidelands
Regions Bank sold Condominium Unit 823 of Tidelands, 80 Riverview Bend S., to James and Margaret Wolfe, of Palm Coast, for $92,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,461 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $474,900.

Waterside
John Munn and Lois Munn, of Palm Coast, sold Unit 103 of Waterside at Palm Coast Condominium, 114 Clubhouse Drive, to Lynn Chism, of Palm Coast, for $190,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,297 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $303,000.
