Hammock Dunes homes sells for $720,000

A home in Hammock Dunes tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of June 27 to July 1. Michael and Betty Nacarato, of Brentwood, Tenn., sold the home at 2 Via Verona to John and Edna Reid, of Powell, Ohio, for $720,000. Built in 1991, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a spa and 3,909 square feet of living area.

FLAGLER BEACH
Earl Spencer Jr. and Barbara Spencer, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 900 Magnolia Terrace to Stephen and Mary White, of Flagler Beach, for $230,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,862 square feet of living area.

Sea Colony
James and Mary Tucker, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 33 Andover Drive to Lorraine DeFranco, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,442 square feet of living area.

Sugar Mill
Kenneth and Patricia Stieren, of Johns Creek, Ga., sold the home at 27 Sugar Mill Lane S. to Samuel Frankel Jr. and Sandra Frankel, of Flagler Beach, for $332,500. Built in 1992, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,566 square feet of living area. It sold for $430,000 in 2005.

HAMMOCK DUNES
James and Shelly Kell, of York, Pa., sold Unit 568 at 102 Yacht Harbor Drive to Richard and Maryann Foote, of Charlestown, R.I., for $180,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,570 square feet of living area. It sold for $615,000 in 2007.

D. Michael and Patricia Dodge, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 20 Atlantic Place to E. Patrick Garrigan Jr. and Marry Ann Garrigan, of Manakin Sabot, Va., for $630,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool, a spa, a summer kitchen and 2,940 square feet of living area. It sold for $945,000 in 2007.

Marlen Management Inc. sold the home at 20 Cinnamon Beach Place to Gordon and Roberta Irving, of Ocoee, for $465,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,240 square feet of living area.

Minoa Atlantic LLC sold the home at 18 Evansmill Lane to Scott Westphal, of Palm Coast, for $169,000. Built in 2011, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,800 square feet of living area.

Grand Haven
Louise Boomer sold the home at 3 Gleneagles Place to Catriona Duffy, of Palm Coast, for $167,500. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,575 square feet of living area. It sold for $190,000 in 2002.

Indian Trails
Gerald and Linda Golding, of The Woodlands, Texas, sold the home at 31 Beauford Lane to E.J. and Asta Sites, of Palm Coast, for $114,450. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,365 square feet of living area.

Mitchell Management Inc. sold the home at 87 Beauford Lane to Nolie St. Fleur, of Palm Coast, for $95,500. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,266 square feet of living area. It sold for $75,300 in 1999.

Deutsche Bank National Trust Co. sold the home at 75 Bronson Lane to James and Veronica Ingram, of Palm Coast, for $126,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 2,255 square feet of living area. It sold for $133,000 in 2003.

Lehigh Woods
Freddie Mac sold the home at 26 Ramrock Lane to Alex and Alan Vergotz, of Palm Coast, for $108,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,761 square feet of living area.

Matanzas Woods
Taras Kohut sold the home at 35 Leaver Drive to Wayne Hackett, of Mechanic Falls, Maine, for $100,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,529 square feet of living area. It sold for $228,000 in 2005.

HSBC Mortgage Services Inc. sold the home at 121 Lindsay Drive to Antonio and Paul Pereira, of Palm Coast, for $85,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,677 square feet of living area. It sold for $146,500 in 2005.

Francisco and Patricia Figuero, of Wellington, sold the home at 236 London Drive to Leslie Groves, of Palm Coast, for $149,500. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,727 square feet of living area.

Banco Popular North America sold the home at 9 Lynton Place to Paul Santos and Maria Santos, both of Palm Coast, for $116,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,966 square feet of living area. It sold for $253,900 in 2006.

Palm Harbor
Neal and Loellen Chamblee, of The Villages, sold the home at 12 Criston Court to James McIntyre and Andre’a McIntyre, both of Palm Coast, for $315,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock, a boat house, a boat lift and 1,969 square feet of living area.

Robert Long Jr. and Jessie Long, of Dallas, Ga., sold the home at 2 Fortress Place to Carlos and Maria Lobo, of Shelton, Conn., for $133,200. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 1,893 square feet of living area. It sold for $155,000 in 2002.

Pine Grove
Yefim Vasilevskiy, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 9 Pineapple Drive to Leonid Shteynbuk, Marina Shereshevsky and Michael Shteynbuk, all of Columbia, Md., for $90,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,958 square feet of living area. It sold for $245,400 in 2005.

GMAC Mortgage LLC sold the home at 18 Poppy Lane to Kenneth De Pierro, of Yonkers, N.Y., for $90,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,913 square feet of living area. It sold for $171,200 in 2005.

Freddie Mac sold the home at 90 Princess Ruth Lane to Colleen Soutar, of Palm Coast, for $120,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,173 square feet of living area. It sold for $140,300 in 2004.

Seagate Homes LLC sold the home at 20 Wheatfield Drive to Timothy and Penny Kimball, of Bench Lake, Pa., for $147,000.

Lewis and Sonja Johnson, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 9 Woodfalon Place to Franklin Annaheim and Scott Annaheim, both of Kinnelon, N.J., for $147,500. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,516 square feet of living area. It sold for $109,200 in 1999.

Quail Hollow
Wayne Roadarmel, of Maple Shade, N.J., sold the home at 2 Karlstad Place to Paul and Mary Schutte, and Sean Schutte, all of Centerville, Va., for $149,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,968 square feet of living area. It sold for $261,400 in 2005.

Kenneth and Nancy Kish, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 30 Llewellyn Trail to Dennis and Dorothy Waldron, of Jacksonville, for $240,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a spa and 2,707 square feet of living area.

Seminole Woods
Fannie Mae sold the home at 52 Slocum Path to Joseph Concannon, of The Villages, for $59,000. Built in 1994, it has two bedrooms, one bath, a pool and 1,032 square feet of living area. It sold for $65,000 in 2000.

Klara Strazhnik, of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold the home at 10 Squadron Place to Emmanuel Jules and Guirletha Roseau, of Quebec, Canada, for $115,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,501 square feet of living area. It sold for $299,900 in 2005.

Woodlands
Frank Evans sold the home at 26 Blaine Tree Place to Ivo and Maria Gallo, of Palm Coast, for $59,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,292 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $57,500 in 2011.
