An Island Estates home in Hammock Dunes tops this week's sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of Feb 17–23. Angelo and Anne Vignola, of South Hampton, N.Y., sold the home at 30 Island Estates Parkway to Billy and Stephanie Yarbrough, of Palm Coast, for $700,000. Built by the sellers in 1998, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a summer kitchen, a pool, a dock and 3,658 square feet of living area.
 

FLAGLER BEACH
Fuquay
Laverne Shank and Theresa Vigueau, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 2028 Oceanshore Blvd. S. to Williams Shields and Molly Krevi, of Ormond Beach, for $322,000. Built in 1955, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,094 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $405,000.
 

George Moody
Steven Naturale and Keiko Stevens, of Montclair, N.J., sold the home at 308 Flagler Ave. N. to Paul Eik and Marie Di Bianco, of Flagler Beach, for $155,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 942 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $192,000.
 

Ocean Palm
Freddie Mac sold the home at 255 Ocean Palm Drive to Richard and Linda Phelan, of Duxbory, Mass., for $126,000. Built in 1976, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,295 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $280,000.

Cinnamon Beach
Cinnamon Sunrise LLC, of Longboat Key, sold condominium Unit 661, Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock, 700 Cinnamon Beach Way, to Michael and Sherrie Campbell, of Dacula, Ga., for $529,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $901,100.
 

Yacht Harbor Village
Fannie Mae sold Unit A-270, The Condominiums at Yacht Harbor Village, 102 Yacht Harbor Drive, to Stephen Gallagher and Elke Gallagher, of Palm Coast, for $210,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,918 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $549,000.

Belle Terre
Seagate Homes, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 42 Parkview Drive to Maria Dominguez, of Palm Coast, for $150,000. Built by the seller in 2012, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,800 square feet of living area.
 

Fairways
Mike and Shirley Wrigglesworth, of Ouest Lorgues, France, sold Parcel 202, Building 43D, The Fairways Condominium, 24 Pine Hurst Place, to Robert Franz and George Grusden Jr., of Palm Coast, for $82,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,177 square feet of living area. It sold in 1999 for $64,500.
 

Indian Trails
Secretary of Veteran’s Affairs sold the home at 14 Brookside Lane to Jurjis Gorba, of Calgary, Canada, for $115,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,786 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $155,000.

Joseph and Heidi Tassone, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 14 Burning Tree Place to Orlando Ardila, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,628 square feet of living area.

Bank of America sold the home at 8 Brookside Lane to DR & LP Enterprises LLC, of Palm Coast, for $75,900. Built in 1988, it has five bedrooms, two baths and 1,897 square feet of living area.
 

Lehigh Woods
John Gervasoni, of Sebastian, sold the home at 14 Riviera Estates Drive to THS RE Holdings, of Flagler Beach, for $99,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,071 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $215,000.

Bank of New York sold the home at 18 Roxboro Drive to Salvio Rivera, of Palm Coast, for $137,800. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,909 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $276,900.

Pavel and Nadila Miroshnik, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 19 Rybark Lane to Tykhomyr Grygoriy, of Palm Coast, for $85,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,800 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $134,400.
 

Marina Cove
Fannie Mae sold condominium Unit 1 of Marina Cove Landings, 1 Marina Point Place, to Gayle Slifka and Amy Finn, of Maidens, Va., for $192,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,223 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $322,000.

Joanne Kniffen, of Gainesville, sold condominium Unit 63, Phase XIII, of Marina Cove at Palm Coast, 63 Rivers Edge Lane, to Norma Kendrick, of Palm Coast, for $156,555. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,230 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $275,000.
 

Palm Harbor
Paul and Gail Hesen, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 22 Cottagegate Court to Paul and Margrit Schellenbaum and Reto Schellenbaum, of Palm Coast, for $330,000. Built by the sellers in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat dock and 2,030 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 21 Fenwood Lane to George and Joanna Zampella, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,567 square feet of living area.

Oak Live3 LLC, of Coral Gables, sold the home at 3 Live Oak Lane to Lawrence Phelan, of Palm Coast, for $300,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,366 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $415,000.
 

Pine Lakes
REOCO Inc. sold the home at 10 Waystone Place to Bibi Mahadeo, of Palm Coast, for $117,500. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,020 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $133,000.
Frank and Janet Manno, of Colorado Springs, Colo., sold the home at 32 Wheeling Lane to Brent and Ruthann Borton, of Palm Coast, for $148,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,152 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $142,500.

Marsel Guilmanshin, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 4 Willow Grove Place to Bienvenido and Linda Nunez, of Palm Coast, for $255,000. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,934 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $150,000.

Deutsche Bank National Trust Company sold the home at 112 Wood Haven Drive to Elena Moushon, of Palm Coast, for $60,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,704 square feet of living area.
 

Quail Hollow
Perry and Pamela Sweatman, of Hendersonville, N.C., sold the home at 25 Kathryn Place to Dianna Vazquez, of Palm Coast, for $167,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,183 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $155,000.

Louise McGuire, of Palm Coast, sold the home at Seagirt Court to Robert and Lorraine Barney, of Hannibal, N.Y., for $128,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,766 square feet of living area. It sold in 1987 for $96.300.
