A Hammock Dunes home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of Nov. 6-12. Ned C. Ginsburg and Jocelyn Cate Ginsburg, of Hollywood, South Carolina, sold the home at 14 Montilla Place to Benjamin Hollingsworth and Amy Hollingsworth of Palm Coast, for $540,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool, a fireplace, a summer kitchen and 3,556 square feet of living area.

Fairchild Oaks
Lee S. Katsikos and Kathryn Ann Katsikos, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 7 Hickory Lane to Jeffrey Davis and Gail Davis, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,728 square feet of living area.

Morningside
Colleen Domescik, of Bunnell, sold the home at 2215 Flagler Ave. S. to J. Quentin Parker and Roberta Parker, of Flagler Beach, for $245,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,284 square feet of living area.

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 9 Blackwell Place to Joshua Voskamp, of Palm Coast, for $55,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,182 square feet of living area.
