Hammock Dunes home sells for $1.7 million

A house in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of Oct. 1-7 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Denise and Samuel Jenkins, individually and as trustees, sold 130 Island Estates Parkway to James and Anna Ferro, of Channahon, Illinois, for $1.7 million. Built in 2000, the house is a 4/4 and has three half-baths, fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock and 6,502 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $1.38 million. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Condos

Paul and Louise Ussery, of Palm Coast, sold 28 Porto Mar, Unit 301, to Michael and Shirlene Bungo, of Palm Coast, for $1,535,000. Built in 2007, the condo is a 4/4.5 and has 4,283 square feet.

Mary Fryer, of Palm Coast, sold 146 Palm Coast Resort Blvd., Unit 204, to Enrique and Susan Valdes, as trustees, for $265,000. Built in 2007, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,344 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $237,500.

Grand Haven

Marilyn Gumz, of Lisle, Illinois, sold 14 Chinier St. to Anthony Potter, of Palm Coast, for $460,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 4/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,423 square feet.

Grand Landings

Charles and Vicky Noeltner sold 111 Crepe Myrtle Court to Shannon Donnelly, of Palm Coast, for $287,000. Built in 2017, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,042 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $257,000.

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 41 Birdie Way to Gary and Carolyn Garner, of Bunnell, for $297,990. Built in 2019, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,988 square feet.

Hammock Dunes

Wendy Tinkoff, of New York, sold 5 Corte Del Mar to Mary Belknap, of Palm Coast, for $349,000. Built in 1990, the house is a 2/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,084 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $249,300.

Hidden Lakes

Giovanni and Sharla Giannone, of Sicklerville, New Jersey, sold 42 Auberry Drive to Aleksandr and Rimma Maro, of Hudson, New York, for $260,000. Built in 2016, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,542 square feet.

Indian Trails

Arthur and Maria Pinto, of College Station, Texas, sold 50 Bannerwood Lane to John and Kimberlee White, of Palm Coast, for $295,000. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,912 square feet.

Aubrey and Taylor Paulson, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 29 Bennett Lane to Johnathan Swain and Daja Klaus, of Palm Coast, for $245,000. Built in 1989, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,052 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $189,900.

Constantine and Nancy Paszkiewicz, of Palm Coast, sold 92 Belleaire Drive to Jonathan and Deborah Spiegel, of Young Harris, Georgia, for $240,000. Built in 2001, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,884 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $219,000.

Ernest and Cheryl Kazmier, of Manchester, Tennessee, sold 30 Burnside Drive to Norton Kimmel and Tania Ward-Price, of Palm Coast, for $224,900. Built in 2003, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,779 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $200,000.

Stanley Cole, individually and as trustee, sold 104 Brewster Lane to Dakota Wilkinson, of Palm Coast, for $215,000. Built in 1990, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,239 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $225,000.

Roberta and Gordon Irving, of Ormond Beach, sold 20 Cinnamon Beach Place to Jamie Kirschenbaum and Nicole Young, of Palm Coast, for $589,900. Built in 2011, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 2,336 square feet.

Palm Harbor

Wayne and Ann Largent, of St. Augustine, sold 61 Christopher Court S. to Donald and Janet Grampp, of Palm Coast, for $455,000. Built in 1977, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,769 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $225,000.

11243 Distribution LLC, of Jacksonville, sold 8 Chickasaw Court to Louis Giraldo and Nadia Alkaysey, of Palm Coast, for $287,000. Built in 1984, the house is a 3/2 and has a boat dock and 1,236 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $259,000.

Allen Teschner, of Chester, Maryland, sold 1633 N. Daytona Ave. to Andy Rivera and Milva Maldonado, of Flagler Beach, for $375,000. Built in 1989, the house is a 4/2 and has a swimming pool and 3,168 square feet.
