A home in Hammock Dunes tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of Nov. 1 to Nov. 5. John and Theresa Agles, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 185 Island Estates Parkway to Kevin and Susan Cahill, of Palm Coast, for $920,000. Built in 2009, it has fi ve bedrooms, six baths, a pool, a spa, a boat house, a boat dock and 5,051 square feet of living area.

Indian Trails

Scott and Dawn Emling, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 53 Burbank Drive to Maria Fritzsche, of Carmel, Ind., for $209,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,177 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $318,600 in 2005.

Yuliya Kriegel sold the home at 31 Baltimore Lane to Kseniya Zdebskaya, of Palm Coast, for $112,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,239 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $260,000 in 2005.

The Bank of New York Mellon sold the home at 37 Buttermill Drive to Liliya Temnorod, of Palm Coast, for $115,000. Built in 2006, it has fi ve bedrooms, three baths and 2,986 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $287,900 in 2006.

Lehigh Woods

Emmanuil Digilov sold the home at 5 River End Place to Izidor and Margarita Voskoboynik, of San Jose, Calif., for $125,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,298 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $305,000 in 2007.

Deutsche Bank National Trust Company sold the home at 22 Rollins Lane to Gregory Sanders, of Ormond Beach, for $52,500. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,400 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $195,000 in 2006.

Palm Harbor

Lawrence Vogt, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 7 Corona Court to Michael and Jana La Porte, of Winter Park, for $189,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock, a pool and 1,586 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $565,000 in 2007.

Anne Gill, of Middletown, N.J., sold the home at 10 Chesney Court to Gary and Janice Michaux, of New Port Richey, for $150,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,610 square feet of living area.

Sea Colony

William Lanigan III sold the home at 23 Medford Drive to Robert Caccamo, of Ringwood, N.J., for $225,000. Built in 1988, it has four bedrooms, two-and-ahalf baths and 1,842 square feet of living area.
