A golf course home in Hammock Dunes topped the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of Jan. 30 to Feb. 3. Stephen and Donna Lyons, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 9 Corte Vista to Robert and Sheila Striffler, of Palm Coast, for $885,000. Built by the sellers in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, an exercise room, a summer kitchen, a pool and 3,776 square feet of living area.

FLAGLER BEACH
Fuquay
Vincent and Carol Barango, of Valpariso, Ind., sold the home at 1920 Flagler Ave. to James and Remona Baxley, of Flagler Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1976, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,320 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $229,000.

Hammock Beach
LRA Ocean Tower LLC sold Unit 441-D of Ocean Towers at Hammock Beach to Stanley and Jennifer Porter, of Chevy Chase, Md., for $575,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,246 square feet of living area.

Hammock Dunes
Daniel and Karen Dean, of Acton, Mass., sold the home at 13 San Gabriel Lane to Robert and Geraldine Neely, of Palm Coast, for $585,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a summer kitchen, a pool and 3,270 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $865,000.

Sea Colony
Wayne and Diane Mackenrodt, of Oceanport, N.J., sold the home at 41 Nantucket Drive to James and Linda DePalo, of Dracut, Mass., for $197,500. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,842 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $475,000.

Donald and Deborah Heath, of Kitchner, Ontario, sold the home at 7 Osprey Circle to John and Jennifer Prober, of Sebringville, Ontario, for $375,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,746 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $355,000.

Larry Osman and Linda Lawrence, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 14 Sailfish Drive to Lynn Kleinschmit, of Palm Coast, for $208,500. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,680 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $190,000.
