A Hammock Dunes home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions, the week of Nov. 19-25. William and Julie Cook, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 4 Malaga Court to William Humphrey’s, of Bedford, N.Y., for $665,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a pool, a summer kitchen and 3,550 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $810,000.
 
FLAGLER BEACH
George Moody

Peter McPhail and Gail Thomas McPhail, of Oxford, Ga., sold the home at 1221 S. Central Ave. to Joseph and Margaret Cuson, of Rolling Prairie, Ind., for $187,500. Built in 1955, it has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,242 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $140,000.

PALM COAST
Canopy Walk

Mary and Mark Goldstein, of Summerfield, sold the condo at 1400 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 1415, to Christopher and Kathleen McKenna, of Palm Coast, for $170,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,712 square feet. It sold earlier this year for $107,700.

Cypress Knoll
Lynette Rea Jaillet, Cathy Jo Sokol, Carl Randolph Farmer and Russell Ward Farmer, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 48 E. Diamond Drive to Lisa Hendershott Setien and Jose Manuel Setien, of Palm Coast, for $110,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,425 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 31 Edgewater Drive to Israel and Carolina Hernandez, of Palm Coast, for $173,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,794 square feet of living area.

Mario and Patricia Reyes, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 21 Emerson Drive to Jay and Jennifer Diaz, of Palm Coast, for $189,900. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,715 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $220,000.

Susan Wimmers, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 48 Eastlake Drive to Peter Lacovara and Heather Stock, of Upper Saddle River, N.J., for $440,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,011 square feet of living area.

Hammock at Palm Harbor LLC sold the condo at 200 Cedar Cove, Unit 203, to Francis and Elizabeth Pellino, of Fernandina Beach, for $370,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,501 square feet of living area.

Valencia Rossi, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 45 Bannbury Lane to Elizabeth and Harry King, of Palm Coast, for $140,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,656 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $99,000.

Mary Miele, of Bronx, N.Y., sold the home at 35 Becker Lane to Michael and Yvonne Settles, of Longmont, Colo., for $148,105. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,886 square feet.

Harry and Dagny Fjaere, of Pittsburgh, sold the home at 94 Belleaire Drive to Peter Proxee, of Palm Coast, for $126,500. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a spa and 1,610 square feet.

Scott and Anita Hall, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 108 Brushwood Lane to Maria Celeste Almeida and Cid Elliot Ramirez, of Palm Coast, for $158,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,556 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $135,000.

Vincar Corp., of Mahopac, N.Y., sold the home at 64 London Drive to Fernando Camilo, of Palm Coast, for $130,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,301 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $199,900.

Heyns Holdings LLC sold the home at 3 Cherry Court to Robert and Lorraine Ingenito, of North Babylon, N.Y., for $249,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat dock and 2,248 square feet of living area.

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 7 Clarendon Court S. to Kerri Carubia, of Palm Coast, for $180,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,766 square feet.

Patricia and Stuart Hodge Jr., of Palm Coast, sold the home at 9 Clear Court to Rebecca Smith, of Dubuque, Iowa, for $300,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,999 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $287,000.

William Cook, of Medford, Mass., sold the home at 17 Coral Reef Court S. to Steve Edson and Stephen Osmeloski, of Palm Coast, for $90,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,620 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $137,900.

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 2 Cottonwood Court to George Hersey and Janet Sutton Hersey, of Palm Coast, for $115,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool and 2,254 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 14 Fanshawe Lane to Andrew and Nancy Kyle, of North Augusta, S.C., for $123,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,205 square feet of living area.

Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 102 Florida Park Drive to Martin Mayhew, of Birmingham, Mich., for $95,500. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,464 square feet of living area.

Nationstar Mortgage LLC sold the home at 93 Fortune Lane to Raymond and Kelly Stone, of Palm Coast, for $104,648. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,717 square feet of living area. It sold earlier this year for $188,300.
