A home in Hammock Dunes tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of Aug. 15 to Aug. 19. Eve Eng Walk and Zem Walk, both of Livingstone, N.J., sold the home at 6 Via Marino to Walter and Karen Kurtis, of Palm Coast, for $630,000.

Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a spa, a summer kitchen and 3,437 square feet of living area.

Cinnamon Beach
Michael Giobbe and Susan Pikitch, of New York City, sold Unit 544 at 600 Cinnamon Beach Way to Guillot Investment Holdings LLC for $415,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet of living area. It sold for $760,000 in 2004.

PALM COAST
Belle Terre
Ivan and Emiliya Heba, of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold the home at 5 Pebble Place to Gerald Smith and Beth Rivera, of Levittown, Pa., for $80,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,677 square feet of living area. It sold for $230,000 in 2006.

Indian Trails
Helen Thomas, of Hellerton, Pa., sold the home at 62 Bayside Drive to Marilyn Burlew, of Oakland, N.J., for $168,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,602 square feet of living area.

Gary and Tennille Wallace, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 14 Burnaby Lane to Thomas and Pamela Spillane, of Palm Coast, for $135,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,836 square feet of living area. It sold for $180,000 in 2005.

Lehigh Woods
Luz Marina Alvarez, of College Point, N.Y., sold the home at 4 Rainmill Place to Joao and Maria Costa, of Palm Coast, for $88,500. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,782 square feet of living area. It sold for $230,900 in 2006.

Matanzas Woods
Patricia Forer, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 2 Lamoyne Lane to Joshua and Katrina Quiachon, of Palm Coast, for $154,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,360 square feet of living area. It sold for $193,300 in 2005.

Thomas and Margaret Tonkin, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 96 Lindsay Drive to James and Marcia Sturgis, of Palm Coast, for $200,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,059 square feet of living area.

Palm Harbor
Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 36 Clarendon Court N. to Curtis and Lucinda Holsclaw, of Lorton, Va., for $254,500. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa, a boat house, a boat dock, a boat lift and 2,385 square feet of living area. It sold for $565,000 in 2005.

SMT Properties Group LLC sold the home at 31 Clermont Court to Brenda Ward and Mary Monahan, both of Palm Coast, for $223,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat house and 1,436 square feet of living area. It sold for $349,500 in 2004.

Manuel and Rosa Costa sold the home at 86 Fenimore Lane to Elsa Wattley, of New York City, for $250,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,370 square feet of living area.

Victoria Clark, Paula Waite, and April Ardell, all of Grove, Okla., sold the home at 10 Fenwood Lane to Robert and Merie Carcich, of Eatontown, N.J., for $118,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,779 square feet of living area. It sold for $140,000 in 2003.

Odessa Wyne, of Eagle River, Alaska, sold the home at 64 Fischer Lane to Firas and Victoria Dabboussi, of Palm Coast, for $100,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,782 square feet of living area. It sold for $85,000 in 1988.

Pine Grove
Igor and Tatyana Gordover, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 21 Pennsylvania Lane to James and Sandra Gagliano, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,980 square feet of living area. It sold for $95,300 in 1999.

Larissa Johnson sold the home at 156 Point Pleasant Drive to Hua Liu and Dian Liang Lin, of Palm Coast, for $105,000. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, three baths and 2,876 square feet of living area. It sold for $201,900 in 2005.

Anthony and Mary Mayfield sold the home at 19 Prince Walter Lane to Howard Willard Jr., of Palm Coast, for $120,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,880 square feet of living area. It sold for $129,900 in 2002.

Pine Lakes
Alexander Gourin, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 49 Woodlawn Drive to George and Kimberly Weise, of Palm Coast, for $130,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,078 square feet of living area. It sold for $161,000 in 2003.

Quail Hollow
Housing and Urban Development sold the home at 5 Zinzendorf Place to Jason Bowser, of Palm Coast, for $94,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,621 square feet of living area. It sold for $100,800 in 2002.

Seminole Woods
Jeffrey Norman, of Battle Creek, Mich., sold the home at 140 Secretary Trail to Angel and Mayra Nunez, of Palm Coast, for $120,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,731 square feet of living area. It sold for $205,000 in 2006.

Tidelands
Larry and Kathy Turner, of Duluth, Ga., sold Unit 113 at 25 Riverview Bend N. to Alexander Katkov and Tamara Nikiforaki, both of Tiverton, R.I., for $95,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,824 square feet of living area. It sold for $494,000 in 2006.

Joseph and Mariah Johnson, of Plantation, sold Unit 2122 at 115 Riverview Bend S. to Paul and Brenda Hyde, of Staunton, Va., for $172,500. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,858 square feet of living area. It sold for $587,900 in 2007.
