Hammock Dunes home sells for $560,000

A home in Hammock Dunes tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of July 11 to July 15. William Cerelli Jr. and Tara Cerelli, of Mooresville, N.C., sold the home at 20 Cypresswood Drive to Peter and Natalya Gordon, of Alexandria, Va., for $560,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool, a spa and 3,700 square feet of living area.

BEVERLY BEACH
Bruce Worrall and Vicki Worrall, both of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 2617 Oceanshore Blvd. N. to Classic ’59 Investments Inc. for $530,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a gazebo and 3,166 square feet of living area. It sold for $595,000 in 2001.

BUNNELL
Beverly Wolfe, of Bunnell, sold the home at 401 Deen Road to Rodney and Wendy Horton, of Bunnell, for $160,000. Built in 1971, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,227 square feet of living area. It sold for $100,000 in 1995.

PALM COAST
Belle Terre
Peter Pietruszka and Christina Pietruszka, both of Palm Coast, sold the home at 13 Prestwick Lane to Angelo and Patricia Martone, of Palm Coast, for $80,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,622 square feet of living area. It sold for $185,000 in 2004.

Canopy Walk
Shane and Jennifer Bonner, of Palm Coast, sold Unit 712 at 700 Canopy Walk Lane to Iris Rowand and Siegfried Straub, both of Deal, Md., for $155,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,377 square feet of living area. It sold for $199,000 in 2004.

Cypress Knoll
William and Donna Wheat sold the home at 17 Eagle Harbor Trail to Pedro Vicens and Adriana Torres Garcia, of Palm Coast, for $150,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,034 square feet of living area. It sold for $141,500 in 2000.

Indian Trails
U.S. Bank National Association sold the home at 133 Boulder Rock Drive to Donna Guinette, of Palm Coast, for $99,500. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,425 square feet of living area. It sold for $225,000 in 2005.

Catherine Recker, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 16 Bolling Lane to Michael Calandra, of Palm Coast, for $72,000. Built in 1993, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,071 square feet of living area. It sold for $125,000 in 2003.

Lewis and Clara Janes, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 24 Boxwood Lane to Jose Quintana III and Joanne Quintana, both of Palm Coast, for $145,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,035 square feet of living area. It sold for $130,000 in 2002.

SMT Properties Group LLC and BKG Properties LLC sold the home at 26 Burbank Drive to Michael Kovach Jr., of Palm Coast, for $162,500. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,440 square feet of living area. It sold for $288,000 in 2005.

Nationstar Mortgage LLC sold the home at 4 Burgundy Place to Steven and Natalie Ginnow, of Palm Coast, for $100,500. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,637 square feet of living area. It sold for $272,000 in 2006.

Tatyana Pike, of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold the home at 89 Berkshire Lane to Dennis and Kathleen Rossi, of Flagler Beach, for $81,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,974 square feet of living area. It sold for $262,000 in 2006.

Lehigh Woods
Charlotte Tomey, of Lavergne, Tenn., sold the home at 66 Raemoor Drive to Jeffrey and Karen Roselle, of Lake Huntington, N.Y., for $91,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,167 square feet of living area. It sold for $122,500 in 2003.

Marie Verpile, of Boca Raton, sold the home at 39 Richardson Drive to Robert Mashamesh, of Palm Coast, for $80,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,265 square feet of living area.

Matanzas Woods
Everard and Nessa Buckeridge sold the home at 18 Lamoyne Lane to Igor Tarasov and Tatiana Tarasova, and Alex Silver, all of Palm Coast, for $100,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a spa and 2,021 square feet of living area.

Richard and Melissa Carr sold the home at 29 Leidel Drive to Gaspare and Alba Scalise, of Palm Coast, for $80,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,523 square feet of living area. It sold for $169,000 in 2005.

Raymond and Anna Donato, of Sanford, sold the home at 73 Leidel Drive to Douglas Schoener, of Palm Coast, for $89,900. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,377 square feet of living area. It sold for $86,500 in 2009.

Michael and Stacey Pfeffer, of New York, N.Y., sold the home at 83 Lindsay Drive to Rimma Green, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,069 square feet of living area.

Palm Harbor
Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 8 Classic Court S. to Daniel and Cindy Buteau, of Deposit, N.Y., for $140,500. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock, a pool and 1,244 square feet of living area.

Audrey Paterno sold the home at 22 Clearview Court S. to Thomas Dwyer Jr. and Carrie Anderson, both of Cairo, N.Y., for $195,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock, a boat house and 1,993 square feet of living area. It sold for $147,000 in 1991.

Paul and Donna Bufalieri, of Brandon, sold the home at 6 Crafton Court to Paul and Patricia Sadowski, of Palm Coast, for $320,100. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock, a pool and 2,373 square feet of living area. It sold for $180,500 in 1997.

Helen Smith and Susan Smolen, both of Ringwood, N.J., sold the home at 1 Cynthia Court to Jay Starry, of Palm Coast, for $225,000. Built in 1977, it has it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,612 square feet of living area. It sold for $114,000 in 1981.

Pine Grove
Heavy Equipment Steel & Consulting LLC sold the home at 16 Pebble Stone Lane to Daniel and Stephanie Nelson, of Palm Coast, for $130,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,120 square feet of living area. It sold for $250,900 in 2006.

Robert and Kim Carey, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 44 Port Royal Drive to Denise Epperly, of Palm Coast, for $163,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,246 square feet of living area.

Pine Lakes
FV-1 Inc. sold the home at 2 Westmar Place to Daniel Sanders, of Palm Coast, for $70,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,461 square feet of living area. It sold for $138,000 in 2005.

Lee and Elizabeth Bentzley, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 41 Westridge Lane to Richard and Sandra Dickens, of Palm Coast, for $105,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,381 square feet of living area. It sold for $107,000 in 2002.

Kevin and Laura Bechard, of DeBary, sold the home at 32 Wheeling Lane to Frank and Janet Manno, of Palm Coast, for $142,500. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,152 square feet of living area. It sold for $177,000 in 2004.

Igor and Yelena Pokhis, of Morganville, N.J., sold the home at 46 White Hall Drive to Michael and Irina Lopatinski, of Staten Island, N.Y., for $108,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,238 square feet of living area. It sold for $242,100 in 2005.
