A home in Hammock Dunes tops the list of all real estate transaction for the week of Oct. 10 to Oct. 15. Vernon and June Johnson, of Palm Coast, sold their home at 12 Via Salerno in Hammock Dunes to Rolando and Meridian Casis, of Palm Coast, for $540,000. Built by the sellers in 1995, it has four bedrooms, five baths, a library, a pool, a summer kitchen and 5,932 square feet of living area.

Surf Club
William Loughead, Bruce Woolsey and Diane Woolsey, of Brighton, Mich., sold Unit 605 in Surf Club III for $240,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,640 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $349,900.

FLAGLER BEACH
Sunrise Beach
Regions Bank sold the home at 2101 Oceanshore Blvd. to James Davis Jr. and Dorene Davis, of Hampton, for $510,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, wet bar and 3,736 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $1,325,000.

James and Debra Dobrosky, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 58 Eagle Harbor Trail to Arlene Colon-Garcia, of Werley Chapel, for $145,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,927 square feet of living area. It sold in 1999 for $116,900.
