A home in Hammock Dunes tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of July 18 to July 22.

Scott and Lorraine Caucci, of Hibbling, Minn., sold the home at 14 Ocean Oaks Lane to Christopher and Susan Lee, of Palm Coast, for $445,000.

Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a spa, a summer kitchen and 2,364 square feet of living area. It sold for $571,500 in 2008.
