A home in the oceanside community of Hammock Dunes topped the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of June 18 to June 22. Ronald and Janice Tilley, of Columbus, Ohio, sold the home at 14 Marbella Court to Warren and Patricia Shepherd, of Palm Coast, for $335,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,750 square feet of living area. It sold in 1999 for $420,000.

Annette King, of Fort Lauderdale, sold condominium Unit 13-I of Palm Pointe I, at 4600 Moody Blvd. E., to Athanasios Kalampoukas, of Newark, N.J., for $43,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,035 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $167,900.

Roy and Nancy Salley, of Wildwood Crest, N.J., sold the home at 197 Eric Drive to Kevin Meyer and Timothy McBride, of Wichita, Kan., for $168,000. Built by the sellers in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,503 square feet of living area.

Fairways
Leslie and Barbara Levine, of Highland Mills, N.Y., sold Parcel 201-40C of The Fairways Condominium, at 10 Pine Hurst Place, to Edward Ruddy, of Palm Coast for $40,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 912 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $116,000.

National City Bank sold the home at 53 Bannbury Lane to Timothy McDaniel, of Temple, Texas, for $100,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,571 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $180,000.

Krystal Balough and Brenda Bollruda, of Circus Heights, Calif., sole the home at 269 Beachway Drive to George Ann Aldrich, of Palm Coast, for $167,500. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,899 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $225,000.

Colin Baker, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 75 Beckner Lane to Andrew Ernst, of Palm Coast, for $104,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,207 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $159,900.

Jesse and Brittany Culbreth, of Jacksonville Beach, sold the home at 68 Bennett Lane to Deahdra Shertzer, of Palm Coast, for $89,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,916 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $198,900.

Aurora Loan Services LLC sold the home at 18 Butternut Drive to Joseph and Izabela Slawinski, of Middletown, N.J., for $95,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,846 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $207,200.
