A Hammock Dunes home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of Feb. 12-18. Robert and Julie Karner, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 160 Island Estates Parkway to James and Dana Davis, of Palm Coast, for $1.53 million. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool, a spa, a boat house and lift and 4,047 square feet of living area.

FLAGLER BEACH
Atlantic Beach
Deborah Gaines, Cynthia McGivney and Barbara Elizabeth Stuart, of Lighthouse Point, sold the home at 2613 Annette St. to Susan Hoovler, of Gainesville, for $200,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,512 square feet of living area.
 

Sugar Mill
Steven Thomas and Bruce Garrison, trustees of the 5 John Bulow Circle Trust, sold the home at 5 John Bulow Circle to Laura and Rodger Biddle, of Flagler Beach, for $363,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a spa and 2,471 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $181,000.
 

PALM COAST
Belle Terre
Fannie Mae sold the home at 7 Pacific Dive to William Richardson Jr. and Alan Richardson, of Falls Church, Va., for $80,000. Built in 1989, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,605 square feet of living area.

Dale Allan Paine, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 55 Pennypacker Lane to Warner Wood Shaver and Laura Shaver, of Palm Coast, for $139,900. Built in 2013, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,505 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $139,500.

Mavilde Costa Gomes, Jose Costa Sousa, Esperanca Sousa Pinto and Fernando Costa Sousa sold the home at 2 Pine Crest Lane to Ann Kozanecki and Ann Carey, of Palm Coast, for $138,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,994 square feet of living area.

Rosaliya Makarchuk, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 81 Port Royal Drive to Robert Erickson and Mary Klemonsky, of Palm Coast, for $93,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 2,383 square feet of living area.
 

Cinnamon Beach
Luci and Marina Beach House LLC sold the condo at 800 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 744, to Ohyeah Properties LLC for $450,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet of living area.

Cypress Knoll
Drymonia Properties Inc. sold the home at 34 East Diamond Drive to Yana Santiago, of Palm Coast, for $245,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 2,602 square feet of living area.

Malcomb Kelley and Sergio Duenas, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 17 Eastmoor Drive to Albert Hafner and Florence Young-Harner, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,541 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $227,000.

Robert and Olga Huntly, of Daytona Beach, sold the home at 21 Empire Lane to Earl and Margaret Stech, of Cherry Hill, N.J., for $176,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,861 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $142,000.
 

Hammock Beach Ocean Towers
Allan and Lella Annis, of Suwanee, Ga., sold the condo at 200 Oceancrest Drive, Unit 445, to Maher and Nagiba Habashi, of Huntersville, N.C., for $630,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,246 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $485,000.
 

Hammock Dunes
Thomas and Susan Williams, of Columbus, Ohio, sold the home at 8 Via Verona to Robert and Stephanie Drab, of Edwards, Colo., for $750,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a spa, a summer kitchen and 3,963 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $1,575,000.
 

Indian Trails
Deutsche Bank National Trust sold the home at 37 Banner Lane to Richard and Perri Brandon, of Palm Coast, for $133,384. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,615 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $111,100.

Steven Thomas and Bruce Garrison, trustees of the 47 Berkshire Lane Trust, sold the home at 47 Berkshire Lane to Zaw Myint, of Palm Coast, for $119,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,208 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $55,300.

SMT Properties Group LLC sold the home at 12 Billing Place to Paulo and Sonia Carreiro, of New Bedford, Mass., for $162,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,278 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $105,000.

Joaquim Barbosa, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 13 Bunker View Place to Deanna Ishikawa and Abel Jimenez, of Paterson, N.J., for $120,500. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,607 square feet of living area.
 

Lehigh Woods
Cawn Darnell, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 17 Reid Place to Ruldolph Allen, of Palm Coast, for $119,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,368 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $104,900.

Edith Moser, trustee of the Moser Trust, sold the home at 71 Richmond Drive to Patrick Gallagher and Linda Hoffman, of Flagler Beach, for $133,500. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,639 square feet of living area.

Patrick McDermott, of West Palm Beach, sold the home at 2 Rockwell Lane W. to George and Judith Howell, of Palm Coast, for $150,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,233 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $125,000.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 2 Seaside Court to Shanda Allard, of Palm Coast, for $122,100. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,728 square feet of living area.
 

Matanzas Woods
Rose Kelley, of Lighthouse Point, sold the home at 139 Laramie Drive to Edward and Linds Pakulniewicz, of Palm Coast, for $270,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 2,243 square feet of living area.
 

Palm Harbor
Louis and Elda Delgado, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 19 Clarendon Court S. to Atlantic Coastal Properties LLC for $180,000. Built in 1979, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,030 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 35 Cochise Court to John and Mary Hormovitis, of Palm Coast, for $130,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,583 square feet of living area.

Mark Hlava and Nina Hlava, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 8 Cole Place to James and Penny Rogers, of Lenexa, Kan., for $245,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,059 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $73,500.

Veronica Polchinski, individually and as successor trustee of the Jeann Nielson Elliot Declaration of Trust, sold the home at 55 Federal Lane to Gerardo Sanchez, Noelin Dominguez Serrano and Raquel Serrano, of Palm Coast, for $127,500. Built in 1976, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,319 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 168 Frankford Lane to Paul Palmer and Carol Walters, of Arcadia, for $84,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,477 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 1 Sunrise Villas Lane to William Richardson Jr. and Allan Richardson, of Palmetto Bay, for $77,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,018 square feet of living area.
 

Pine Grove
Hamby Contracting Inc. sold the home at 81 Poney Express Drive to Scott and Sheila Lewis, of Parker, Co., for $126,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,529 square feet of living area.
 

Pine Lakes
Michael Dibitetto and Michael Bennici, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 5 Montauk Court to Omkar Pramnauth, of Elizabeth, N.J., for $165,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,758 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $90,000.

Michael Saraydarian, as personal representative of the Estate of Michael Saraydarian Sr. and trustee of the Testamentary trust, sold the home at 8 Whitney Place to Patrick Runk, KImberly Runk and Christina Runk, of Palm Coast, for $179,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,163 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $250,000.
 

Quail Hollow
Felix Macias, Romulo Carreno and Carlos Capellan, of West Hempstead, N.Y., sold the home at 111 Karas Trail to Edwin Soto, of Woodcliff Lake, N.J., for $120,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,940 square feet of living area.
