A house on the beachside was the top real estate transaction for the week of Sept. 2-8 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. James and Nancy McDaniel, of Nashville, sold 17 San Gabriel Lane to Craig and Deborah Kodish, of Palm Coast, for $1.17 million. Built in 2000, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,721 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $900,000. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Condos

James and Linda Fanning, of Palm Coast, sold 85 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 612, to Kevin and Jeanne Jordan, of Palm Coast, for $575,000. Built in 2005, the condo is a 3/2.5 and has 1,859 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $430,000.

Irene and Juergen Beissel, of Palm Coast, sold 44 Hembury Lane, Unit 44, to Eileen McCone and Alfred Nedovich, of Orange City, Connecticut, for $145,000. Built in 1988, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,098 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $85,000.

Belle Terre

Leigh McCarthy, of Palm Coast, sold 22 Perkins Lane to Eddison Pabon and Rachel Rojas, of Palm Coast, for $300,000. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,571 square feet.

Robert Cardillo, of Clifton, New Jersey, sold 113 Palmwood Drive to AM & OM Renovations LLC, of Palm Coast, for $205,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,730 square feet.

Stephen and D.D. Spivey, of Herndon, Virginia, sold 1222 S. Central Ave. to Keith and Jill Loftus, of Naperville, Illinois, for $423,000. Built in 1989, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,344 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $270,000.

Grand Haven

Darren and Kristin Delgado, of Palm Coast, sold 18 St. Andrews Court to Dominic and Iveth Herdandez, of Palm Coast, for $425,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,847 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $237,900.

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

Peter and Clara Lugo, of Valdosta, Georgia, sold 117 Fairway Court to John Stone Jr. and Laura Hottle, of Bunnell, for $283,000. Built in 2018, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,722 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $182,000.

Zong Wang, of Naperville, Illinois, sold 42 Brushwood Lane to Oleksandr and Nataliya Snezhko, of Staten Island, for $312,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,906 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $65,500.

RH Asset Holdings LLC, of Orlando, sold 10 Rippling Place to Kameel and Bridgette Saleeby, of Palm Coast, for $271,450. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,500 square feet.

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 28 Rybark Lane to Jacqueline Patterson, of Palm Coast, for $229,990. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,806 square feet.

Palm Coast Plantation

Shannon and Stewart Carter, of Glasgow, Kentucky, sold 24 Emerald Lake Drive to Gary and Pamela Hardesty, of Palm Coast, for $665,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/3.5 and has a fountain, swimming pool and 3,358 square feet.

Palm Harbor

Charles and Karen Oberst sold 10 Carollo Court to Nicholas and Ashleigh Russell, and Randy and Jennifer Russell, of Palm Coast, for $574,900. Built in 1984, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 1,910 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $295,000.

Csaba Oszianczi, of Altamonte Springs, sold 3 Flarestone Court to Robert and Bethany Berg, of Palm Coast, for $434,000. Built in 1977, the house is a 2/2 and has a boat dock and 1,562 square feet.

Alison and Terry Spalding, of Palm Coast, sold 58 Westminster Drive to Oscar Garcia and Georgina Armas, of Palm Coast, for $295,000. Built in 1998, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,046 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $150,000.

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 73 Seattle Trail to Elizabeth Shanahan, of Old Bridge, New Jersey, for $371,015. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,208 square feet.
