A house in Hammock Dunes was the top residential real estate transaction in the Flagler County Multiple Listing Service for the week of April 9-15. Robert E. and Mary D. Mercer, of Akron, Ohio, sold the home at 11 Island Estates Parkway to William Welker and Jessica Miller, of Palm Coast, for $912,500. Built in 1993, the home has four bedrooms, five full bathrooms and two half-baths, 4,412 square feet and a pool and boat dock. It previously sold in 1994 for $774,500.

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold the home at 40 Palm Leaf Lane to Michael R. Anderson, of Palm Coast, for $206,300. Built in 2020, the 3/2 home has 1,413 square feet.
Armand Beach
Janet K. Smith, individually and as trustee, of Dublin, Ohio, sold the home at 17 Ocean Dune Circle to Dean Michael Corry and Laura R.H. Corry, of Palm Coast, for $833,000. Built in 1999, the home is a 3/3, with 2,650 square feet. It previously sold in 2004 for $1.2 million.
Grand Haven
Antonio L. Dos Santos and Linda R. Dos Santos, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 33 Scarlet Oak Circle to David Miller and Rachel C. Miller, of Palm Coast, for $725,000. Built in 2015, the 3/3.5 home has 3,083 square feet.
Grand Landings
D.R. Horton Inc. sold the home at 86 Hummingbird Court to Jon and Karen L. Daley, of Palm Coast, for $264,990. Built in 2019, the 3/2 home has 1,799 square feet.
Grand Reserve and Golf Club
D.R. Horton Inc. sold the home at 23 Sand Wedge Lane to Kyle Chamness and Molly P. Chamness, of Bunnell, for $204,900. Built in 2019, the 4/2 home has 1,698 square feet.
Lehigh Woods
John C. Lamberti sold the home at 76 Ryder Drive to Candace Marie Larhonda Washington and Albert Davis, of Palm Coast, for $201,500. Built in 1995, the 4/2 home has 2,108 square feet and sold in 2008 for $132,000.

John G. Jr. and Linda Y. Moorhead, of Bethel, Ohio, sold the home at 28 Lee Drive to Toni J. Quattrochi, of Palm Coast, for $225,000. Built in 2005, the 3/2 home has 2,271 square feet and sold in 2005 for $240,400.
Vintage Estate Homes LLC, of Melbourne, sold the home at 9 Lewisdale Lane to Pairin Lancaster and Michael Lancaster, of Palm Coast, for $318,625. Built in 2019, the 4/3 home has 2,246 square feet.

Qun-Sheng Ji and Feng Lei Sun, of Babylon, New York, sold the home at 20 Classic Court to Karen M. Jones, of Palm Coast, for $305,000. Built in 1989, the 3/2 home has 2,164 square feet and previously sold in 2005 for $409,900.
Brian M. Middaugh and Jacqueline L. Middaugh, of Pine City, New York, sold the home at 25 Felshire Lane to Kevin Francis Riebsam and Iris Freja Riebsam, of Hampton, Virginia, for $279,000. Built in 1998, the 3/2 home has 2,020 square feet and sold in 2017 for $278,000.
