A house in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of March 28 to April 3 in Flagler County. William and Pamela Woodward, of Jacksonville, sold 10 San Marco Court to Donald and Lana Steimle, of Palm Coast, for $677,500. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,507 square feet. Following is a partial list of other sales for the week.

Condos

Robert and Mary Meisenheimer, of Green Cove Springs, sold 15 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 1341, to Austin Miller and Sara Ditzel-Miller, as trustees, for $315,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,696 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $760,000.

Timothy Haszard and Hugh Peters, of St. Augustine, sold 1200 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 1124, to Richard and Stephanie Lawson, of Hardy, Virginia, for $280,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,682 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $432,700.

Elizabeth Gibson sold 104 Surfview Drive, Unit 2203, to Catherine Peterson, individually and as trustee, for $255,000. Built in 1992, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,158 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $200,000.

Armand Beach

Polly Roberts sold 5 Ulmacea Place to Susanne Flesch and Russell White, of Palm Coast, for $358,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,800 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $245,000.

Conservancy at Hammock Beach

Michael and Donna Hennessey, of St. Augustine, sold 104 Masters Circle to Michael and Patricia Clemens, of Palm Coast, for $450,000. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,524 square feet.

Grand Haven

Paul Halberg, individually and as trustee, sold 33 Marshview Lane to Herbert and Virginia Burridge, as trustee, for $369,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,480 square feet.

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 123 Fairway Court to Dwight Robinson, of Bunnell, for $194,990. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,557 square feet.

Hammock Beach

Samantha Boomer, individually and as trustee, sold 323 Ocean Crest Drive to Joseph and Darlene DaMico, of Cypress, Texas, for $489,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,476 square feet.

Hunter’s Ridge

Dream Finders Homes LLC, of Jacksonville, sold 226 Ashford Lakes Circle to Michael Hutt, of Ormond Beach, for $371,356. Built in 2018, the house has five bedrooms, four baths and 2,931 square feet.

Indian Trails

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 119 Beacon Mill Lane to Lawrence Garrett, of Wellborn, for $254,300. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,208 square feet.

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 49 Biscayne Drive to Kent and Flavia Moore, of Westminster, Colorado, for $253,200. Built in 2019, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,208 square feet.

Frank and Amanda Coker, of Palm Coast, sold 39 Bassett Lane to Darren George and Virginia Bolzak, of Palm Coast, for $242,200. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,415 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $290,000.

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 26 Bunker Hill Drive to Alonzo Richardson and Dorothy Wilks-Richardson, of Palm Coast, for $240,000. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,044 square feet.

Lehigh Woods

Sunita Ramsaywack, of Bogota, New Jersey, sold 16 Royal Leaf Lane to Aldrich and Tonnrey Callins, of Palm Coast, for $217,500. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,230 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $252,400.

Frances Turknett, of Swannanoa, North Carolina, sold 30 Richfield Lane to Andres Iglesias and Tina Goyzueta, of Palm Coast, for $214,900. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,876 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $97,900.

Marie Etienne, of Lake Worth, sold 43 Ryarbor Drive to Eugene and Olga Monkevitch, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,687 square feet.

Holle Creek LLC, of Orlando, sold 253 Main St. to Tammy Northrip, of Bunnell, for $191,000. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,261 square feet.

Paula Canelli, of Flagler Beach, sold 44 Forrester Place to Brandon and Dana Canipelli, of Palm Coast, for $222,500. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,688 square feet.

Pine Lakes

Patrick and Phyliss Mohan, of Absecon, New Jersey, sold 21 Westmount Lane to Sean and Monica Tice, of Palm Coast, for $225,000. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 1,948 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $118,500.

Daniel and Kelley Gouldner, of Aiken, South Carolina, sold 9 Wendy Lane to Dawn Pemberton, of Palm Coast, for $190,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,991 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $134,900.

Plantation Bay

Clifford Schomburg Jr. and Ann Bajka, of Blowing Rock, North Carolina, sold 42 Gale Lane to Carey and Angela Creasy, of Palm Coast, for $412,500. Built in 2000, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,537 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $395,000.

Donald Gioia, of Palm Coast, sold 80 Kingsley Place to Lolether and Charles Crooms, of Ormond Beach, for $222,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,100 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $135,000.

Quail Hollow

Michael Stahley and Joanne Giovannucci sold 94 Zephyr Lily Trial to Karen DeCristofer, of Palm Coast, for $187,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,409 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $153,000.
