Michael and Deborah Machin, of Palm Coast, sold 7 Avenue Monet to Larry Mercer, as trustee, for $1,507,000. Built in 2017, the house is a 3/4 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 5,316 square feet. Ronald and Harriet Czadzeck, of Victor, New York, sold 3580 S. Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 706, to Dartagnon and Tamara Budz, of Boca Raton, for $404,000. Built in 1982, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,619 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $239,000.
Bon Terra Estates
Brett Starr and Debra Allender, of Greenback, Tennessee, sold 12 Emily Place to Joshua and Cynthia Allen, of Palm Coast, for $850,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,749 square feet.
Flagler Beach
Francis Subramaniam sold 2205 Central Ave. S to Mallory and Noel Vale, of Williston, for $445,000. Built in 1984, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,305 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $300,000.
Hunter’s Ridge
Gallery Homes of DeLand Inc., of DeLand, sold 11 Huntington Place to Edward and Janice Chiuchiolo, of Ormond Beach, for $331,613. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,826 square feet.

Peter and Patricia Craig, of Palm Coast, sold 137 Bayside Drive to M&M Property Guys LLC, of Palm Coast, for $330,000. Built in 1992, the house is a 4/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,208 square feet.
