A 10th-floor condominium in Hammock Dunes topped the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of Aug. 20 to Aug. 24. Joshua's LLC, of Lake Worth, sold condominium Unit 1006 of Tuscany at Hammock Dunes, 85 Ave. De La Mer, to Larry and Sandra Hamel, of Atlanta, for $800,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,077 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $1,490,000.

Joan Compton, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 2425 Flagler Ave. S. to Russell Philbrick Jr. and Candace Philbrick, of Altamonte Springs, for $252,000. Built by the seller in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,953 square feet of living area.

Sugar Mill Plantation
Samuel and Sandra Frankel, of Milton Rest, S.C., sold the home at 27 Sugar Mill Lane S. to David and Madhulata McKenzie, of Lexington, Ky., for $270,000. Built in 1992, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,566 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $250,000.

Greg and Kristy Mehous, of Sorrento, sold the home at 17 Medeira Court to Barbara O'Keefe, of Palm Coast, for $270,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,483 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $265,000.

Nationstar Mortgage LLC sold the home at 44 Nantucket Drive to Dona Rocco, of Wyomissing, Pa., for $168,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,484 square feet of living area. It sold in 2000 for $150,000.

Yacht Harbor Village
Charles and Frances DeMartin, of Palm Coast, sold Unit C-364, The Condominiums at Yacht Harbor Village, 102, Yacht Harbor Drive, to Terri O'Bryan, of Palm Coast, for $205,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,570 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $142,000.
