A Casa Bella condominium in Hammock Dunes topped the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of Oct. 1-5. Victor and Robin Zvonek, of Loveland, Colo., sold condominium Unit 703 of Casa Bella I, 115 Avenue Del La Mer, to Barry and Ilinda Williams, of Palm Coast, for $410,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,480 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $669,500.

BUNNELL

Freddie Mac sold condominium Unit 2D of Palm Point 1, 4600 E. Moody Blvd., to Oleksiy Bogdan and Loudmila Derish, of Palm Coast for $39,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 951 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $153,400.

FLAGLER BEACH
Morningside
Michael Fletcher and Carol Pine, of Meridian, Idaho, sold the home at 610 Cumberland Drive to Patrick Farrell, of Flagler Beach, for $222,000. Built by the seller in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,774 square feet of living area.

Betty Clancy, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 12 Marbella Court to Francis and Sharon Wanat, of Essex Fells, N.J., for $330,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,093 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $400,000.

PALM COAST
Cypress Knoll
Seagate Homes, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 8 Eastmoor Lane to Mathew Friendman, of Palm Coast, for $225,000. Built by the seller in 2012, it has five bedrooms, three baths and 3,278 square feet of living area.

Fairways
Ronald and Georgia Hall, of Palm Coast, sold Unit 102-18D, The Fairways Condominium at Palm Coast, 15 Greenbriar Court, to Ronald and Linda Stephens, of Palm Coast for $91,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,163 square feet of living area. It sold in February 2012 for $60,000.

Grand Haven
Thomas Johnstone, of Milton Keynes, U.K., sold the home at 5 Ibis Court to Luigi and Luisa Bianco, of Scotch Plains, N.J., for $160,000. Built by the seller in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,603 square feet of living area.

Hidden Lakes
DR Horton, of Jacksonville, sold the home at 11 Arrowhead Drive to Felix and Sharon Fresse, of Palm Coast, for $169,000. Built by the seller in 2012, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,847 square feet of living area.

Indian Trails
Michael Haynes, of Mariette, Mich., sold the home at 16 Burning Place to Linda Vaughn, of Palm Coast, for $84,000. Built in 1993, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,225 square feet of living area. It sold in 2000 for $73,000.

Central Mortgage sold the home at 88 Beaverdam Lane to Pure Freedom Properties, of Palm Coast, for $38,500. Built in1982, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,877 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $137,000.

Lake Forest
William Simpson, of Palm Coast, sold the townhouse at 48 Lake Forest Place to Amanda Christianson, of Palm Coast, for $62,000. Built in 1990, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 994 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $84,000.

Lehigh Woods
Luke and Amy Lukasik, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 56 Rollins Lane to Cheryl Ewen, of Palm Coast, for $170,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,992 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $275,000.

Dustin and Jaima Sims, of Palm Coast sold the home at 180 Ryan Drive to Charles and Carol Hayes, of Palm Coast, for $100,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,399 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $185,000.

Adiela Vergara and Maria Fong, of Fresh Meadow, N.Y., sold the home at 145 Rolling Sands Drive to Marie Rosson, of Palm Coast, for $103,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,002 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $150,000.

Matanzas Woods
Thomas Petruzzella, Judy Petruzzella and Constantino Petruzzella, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 56 London Drive to Russell and Ruth Hall, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,765 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $184,000.

Palm Harbor
Michael and Margaret Pagliese, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 63 Colechester Lane to Mathew and Reimer Shaw, of Palm Coast, for $275,000. Built in1988, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a boat dock and 2,938 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $528,000.

Carl Heldwein and Sharon Heldwein, of Jacksonville, sold the home at 64 Colechester Lane to Bill and Gailann Lord, of Granville, Mass., for $248,000. Built by the sellers in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,381 square feet of living area.

Freddie Mac sold the home at 31 Faircastle Lane to Andrea Verdi, of Palm Coast, for $140,500. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,639 square feet of living area.

Robert and Christine Lyons, of Orange Park, sold the home at 70 Felshire Lane to Ronald and Mary Tremblay, of Palm Coast, for $120,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,915 square feet of living area. It sold in 207 for $225,000.

Elmer Coppoolse, of Bethesda, Md., sold the home at 4 Live Oak Lane to Gabriel and Mary Pietromonaco, of Palm Coast, for $280,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,632 square feet of living area. It sold in 1992 for $278,600.

Pine Grove
Lantern Waste LLC, of San Clemente, Calif., sold the home at 11 Pat Place to Randy and Dana Meeker, of Palm Coast, for $123,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,636 square feet of living area. It sold in June 2012 for $89,000.

Julieta Ponce De Leon, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 33 President Lane to Constantino Petruzzella, of Palm Coast, for $129,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,958 square feet of living area.

Pine Lakes
Katherine Koenig, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 2 Wynnfield Drive to Vivian Siut, of Palm Coast, for $80,000. Built in 1982, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,427 square feet of living area. It sold in 1991 for $115,000.

Beneficial Florida Inc., of Pomona, Calif., sold the home at 295 Wellington Drive to Fred Fox Enterprises Inc., of St. Augustine, for $141,570. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,631 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $166,300.

John Leuth, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 42 White Dove Lane to Daniel and Lisette Cordeiro, of Danbury, Conn., for $127,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pools and 2,479 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $268,900.

Debra Kowalczyk, of Summerville, S.C., sold the home at 1 Wellstream Lane to Carlos and Marta Carvajal, of Flagler County, for $108,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,003 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $265,000.
