Hammock Dunes condo tops the list at $730,000

The top real estate transaction for the week of Nov. 9-15 in Flagler County was a condo in Hammock Dunes. Richard and Patricia Goulding, of Palm Coast, sold 19 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 105, to Shannan Kolbe and Jeffrey Hunter, of Palm Coast, for $730,000. Built in 2005, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,281 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $930,000.

Condos

Paul and Brenda Hyde, of Grand Junction, Colorado, sold 115 Riverview Bend S. to Raymond Crevatas and Janet Cali, of Ridgewood, New York, for $330,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,007 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $587,900.

Ross and Josephine Weesner, of Palm Coast, sold 70 Riverview Bend S., Unit 712, to Henry and Elizabeth Reider, of Palm Coast, for $191,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2007 square feet.

John and Kristi Sibert, of Birmingham, Alabama, sold 85 Riverview Bend S., Unit 1514, to Peter and Maria Cerreta, as trustees, for $175,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,283 square feet.

Belle Terre

Emelyn Campomanes sold 13 Pennypacker Lane to John and Stacey Branning, of Palm Coast, for $168,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,575 square feet.

Country Club Harbor

D.R. Horton Inc., of Jacksonville, sold 26 Waterfront Cove to Krista Depperschmidt, of Palm Coast, for $379,990. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,042 square feet.

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc.., of Jacksonville, sold 231 Grand Reserve Drive to Dennis and Bernita Camarota, of Bunnell, for $234,990. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,913 square feet.

Hammock Dunes

Wells Fargo Bank N.A., as trustee, sold 10 Roma Court to Lauraine Holden, as trustee, for $360,000. Built in 1992, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 3,002 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $520,000.

Indian Trails

Sonia and Ronald Tavaska, of Satellite Beach, sold 109 Bren Mar Lane to Eric Serrano, of Palm Coast, for $199,950. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,105 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $154,000.

Mariana and Marco Gil sold 4 Burnet Place to James Jenkins and Melanie Weis, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,440 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $151,000.

Lehigh Woods

Frederick and Debra Rich, of Holly Hill, sold 112 Ramblewood Drive to Delvys Crispino, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,980 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $105,800.

Ocean City

Ellen Langer, individually and as trustee, sold 410 Lambert Ave. to Maria Hirsch, of Fort Lauderdale, for $550,000. Built in 1970, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,628 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $625,000.

Ditech Financial LLC, of Tempe, Arizona, sold 404 Booe St. E. to Kevin Turner and Yolanda Jones, of Pembroke Pines, for $19,800. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, one bath and 912 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $45,000.

Palm Harbor

Lucinda Valenti, individually and as trustee, sold 6 Live Oak Lane to Penn and Jane Davidson, of Palm Coast, for $390,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 3,536 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $425,000.

Bonita and Hans Boehm, of Palm Coast, sold 36 Fairbank Lane to Randy and Michele Richardson, of Palm Coast, for $330,000. Built in 1994, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,585 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $125,000.

Pine Grove

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 116 Park Place Circle to Elena Rodriguez, of Paramus, New Jersey, for $299,900. Built in 2016, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,946 square feet.

David Boccabello, of Palm Coast, sold 75 Pheasant Drive to David and Darcy Sutton, of Painted Post, New York, for $231,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,753 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $163,400.

David and Deanna Henderson, of Corryton, Tennessee, sold 4 Pillar Lane to Peter Graham, of Danbury, Connecticut, for $189,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,819 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $217,000.

Chris and Rhonda Quinn, of Ocala, sold 42 Wood Center Lane to George and Agnes Courville, of Summerville, South Carolina, for $263,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,042 square feet.

The Reserve

5 Hummingbird Circle LLC sold 16 Deer Park Drive to Robert and Pamela Clatterbuck, of Bunnell, for $505,000. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 3,370 square feet.
