A Hammock Dunes condo tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of March 5-11. Michele DeGregorio, of Bloomfield Hills, Mich., sold the condo at 85 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 906, for $950,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,070 square feet of living area.

Thomas and Evelyn Turczynski, of Ocala, sold the condo at 3651 S. Central Ave., Unit 102, for $195,000. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,283 square feet of living area.

PALM COAST
Canopy Walk
Sharon Scott, of Jacksonville, sold the condo at 500 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 532, to Antonine and Maria Friedrich Boerger, of West Hollywood, Calif., for $195,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,377 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the condo at 400 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 434, to Vondrachek Family LLLP, of Bismark, N.D., for $155,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,377 square feet of living area.

Hammock Beach Ocean Towers
Robert Johnson and Candice Hadley, of Oswego, Ill, sold the condo at 200 Oceancrest Drive, Unit 647, to Michael and Shirlene Bungo, of Gibsonia, Pa., for $800,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,246 square feet of living area.

Oldstreet Properties LLC sold the condo at 85 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 804, to Joanne and John Patrick, of Palm Coast, for $799,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,690 square feet of living area.

Appraising St. Johns County LLC sold the home at 72 Barrington Drive to Riches Retirement Fund LLC for $151,000. Built in 1990, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,149 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $104,000.

Southern Orchid LLC sold the home at 6 Birchview Place to Kaiya Veiga, of Palm Coast, for $137,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,484 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $83,000.

Gerald and Kathleen Landry, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 11 Bruce Lane to Ronni Scott, of Bohemia, N.Y., for $254,500. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,363 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $225,000.

Deutsche Bank National Trust sold the home at 42 Butternut Drive to Arnel Landicho and Cecilia Canaria, of Palm Coast, for $145,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,117 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 77 Rollins Lane to Christopher and Wendy Kaufman, of Palm Coast, for $166,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,901 square feet of living area.

DR & LP Enterprises LLC sold the home at 8 Ruth Drive to Iryna and Eduard Sosnytskyi, of Palm Coast, for $120,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,431 square feet of living area.

Robert and Barbara Krieger, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 39 Rymshaw Drive to Debra and Patrick Reid, of Palm Coast, for $155,900. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,760 square feet of living area.

Maurice and Patricia Boyer, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 21 Cherokee Court E. to Gary and Marianne Kunnas, of Newtown, Pa., for $370,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool, a boat dock, house and lift and 1,910 square feet of living area.

Deutsche Bank National Trust sold the home at 19 Clearview Court N. to Donald and Deborah Smith, of Dublin, Ohio, for $352,700. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a boat house, dock and lift and 2,518 square feet of living area.

James Edwards, trustee of the Mary L. Edwards Revocable Trust, sold the home at 18 Corona Court to Michael and Jeanne Berg, of Grand Rapids, Minn., for $248,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,796 square feet of living area.

Joan Taylor, personal representative of the estate of Jeanne Marie Beierle, sold the home at 14 Covington Lane to Virginia Burns, of Arlington, Va., for $140,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,485 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $144,900.

Steven Thomas and Bruce Garrison trustees of the 178 Pritchard Drive Trust, sold the home at 178 Pritchard Drive to Robert Mercado, of Palm Coast, for $205,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, to baths, a pool and 2,624 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $128,000.

Martin Elbin, of Greenville, W.V., sold the home at 16 Promenade Place to Svetlana Tesler, of Palm Coast, for $105,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,796 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $166,000.

Worldwide Alliance LLC sold the home at Putter Drive to Sean Odell, of Palm Coast, for $154,900. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,377 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $88,000.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 9 Whitcock Lane to Guillermo Perez, of Palm Coast, for $97,500. Built in 1992, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,371 square feet of living area.

Lorrel and May Bernard, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 19 Woodborn Lane to Flagler Select Properties LLC for $73,500. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,055 square feet of living area.

SunTrust Mortgage Inc. sold the home at 11 Zebulon Place to Matthew and Dawn Vander Klooster, of Jacksonville, for $115,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,866 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the condo 60 Surfview Drive, Unit 306, to Jonathan and Susan Meurlott, of Gainesville, for $294,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,640 square feet of living area.

Whispering Oak
Paul and Melinda Washko, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 12 Dawson Drive to Casey Connelly, of Flagler Beach, for $165,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,392 square feet of living area.
