A Hammock Dunes Cambria condo tops this week's sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of Aug. 26 through Sept. 1. Elmer and Thea Sealing, of Palm Coast, sold the condo at 19 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 706, to Linda Marin, of Palm Coast, for $900,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,283 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $850,000.

Tucker Estates
Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 603 Deen Road to Helena Kehle, of Palm Coast, for $24,000. Built in 1954, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,400 square feet of living area.
 

FLAGLER BEACH
David and Wendy Ottati, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 9 Trail Run to Promisor Relocation, of Chicago, for $465,000. Built in 2003, it has five bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a pool and 3,374 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $625,000.
 

PALM COAST
Cinnamon Beach
Melissa and Benson Smith, of Duluth, Ga., sold the condo at 700 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 634, to Vicki Cotto, of Pembroke Pines, for $355,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet of living area.
 

Grand Haven
William and Helen Derbaum, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 4 Hidden Lake Way to George and Mary Derbaum, of St. Johns, for $320,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,047 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $242,500.

Daniel and Deborah Kearns, of Litchfield, Conn., sold the home at 10 Village Parkway N. to Christopher and April Bower, of Palm Coast, for $440,000. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a pool and 3,212 square feet of living area.
 

Hammock Beach Club
Carlos Alana, of Orlando, sold the condo at 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 919, to Jack Streeter and Jackson Streeter, trustees of the Streeter Family Trust, for $452,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,435 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $749,000.

James Tracy, of Palm Coast, sold the condo at 5 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 1443, to Gregory and Lisa Boger, of Windermere, for $232,500. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,160 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $602,000.

Elihu Polydore sold the home at 29 Baltimore Lane to Srinivasa Rao and Aparajitha Bhamidipati, of East Brunswick, N.J., for $94,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,723 square feet of living area.

Bathasar and Irene Leli, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 107 Raintree Circle to Daniel Gonzalez and Joan Adorn-Gonzalez, of Jacksonville, for $166,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,628 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $153,000.

Anna Mimmo, of Plymouth, Mass., sold the home at 83 Red Mill Drive to Neil and Barbara Howells, of Palm Coast, for $145,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,020 square feet of living area.

David and Kathleen Burns, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 5 Lancaster Lane to William and Maryann Burke, of Iselin, N.J., for $185,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,357 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $182,000.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 86 Lee Drive to Douglas and Cindy Ziegler, of Spencerport, N.Y., for $190,000. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool and 2,871 square feet of living area.

John and Jo-Ann Lidstrom, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 14 Lewis Drive to Harry and Christine Johnson, of Christiansburg, Va., for $267,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,512 square feet of living area.

John Soares, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 13 Lewis Shire Place to Barbara Livingston and Mynor Acevedo Jr., of Palm Coast, for $146,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,022 square feet of living area.

National City Bank sold the home at 30 Primrose Lane to Leonid Tell, of Beechwood, Ohio, for $115,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,858 square feet of living area.

Federal Home Loan Mortgage sold the home at 10 Providence Lane to Omar and Doris Ratliff, of Palm Coast, for $148,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,103 square feet of living area.

Yelena Sergakova and Andrey Zavyalov, of Fairview, N.C., sold the home at 8 Kansas Path to Matthew Collins, of Palm Coast, for $167,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,730 square feet of living area.

Jeremy and Kelly West, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 31 Karas Trail to Justin D’Amato, of Palm Coast, for $170,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,347 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $135,000.

John Munn and Lois Munn, of Palm Coast, sold the condo at 108 Clubhouse Drive to Vivian Austin, of Palm Coast, for $335,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,414 square feet of living area.
