A Hammock Dunes condo tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of April 2-8. Amr and Neveen Aref, of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, sold the condo at 85 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 505, to Palm Coast Hammock Beach LLC to $750,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,110 square feet of living area.

BUNNELL
Daytona North
Michael and Brenda Judd, of Salt Springs, sold the home at 1273 Cadleberry St. to John and Layla Stout, of Bunnell, for $119,500. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,148 square feet of living area.

Flagler Vista
Select Properties & Management LLC sold the home at 803 Deen Road to Sandra Smith and Jessica KeFauver, of Bridgeville, Delaware, for $46,700. Built in 1956, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 833 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $31,000.

FLAGLER BEACH
Bridget Lapoint, of St. Petersburg, sold the home at 3381 N. Oceanshore Blvd. to Circee the Euro Goddess LLC for $175,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,056 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $475,000.

Moody
Lori and Edward Mucciolo, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 208 Third St. N. to David and Angela Bailus, of Palm Coast, for $180,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,150 square feet of living area.

Gary Bueme, of Grand Island, New York, sold the home at 76 Eric Drive to Evangelista Avarro, of Bronx, New York, for $330,000. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 3,285 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $295,500.

Grand Haven
Christopher and Constance Hendy, of Tavares, sold the home at 65 River Trail Drive to Michael and Barbara Wright, trustees of The Wright Family Trust, for $384,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,419 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $365,000.

Hammock Beach Villas
Gilda Gayo, of Orlando, sold the condo at 35 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 1131, to James and Kathleen Sutherland, of Fayetteville, Georgia, for $289,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,696 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $740,000.

Harbor Village Marina
JoJo William Herlitz and Julie Herlitz, of Marietta, Georgia, sold the home at 241 Yacht Harbor Drive to Jonathan and Deborah Spiegel, of Young Harris, Georgia, for $505,000. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, 4.5 baths, an elevator, a boat dock and 4,708 square feet of living area.
Deborah Bowden, of Decatur, Georgia, sold the home at 262 Yacht Harbor Drive to Robert Effner, of Brentwood, Tennessee, for $530,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 3,134 square feet of living area.

Deutsche Bank National Trust sold the home at 36 Baltimore Lane to Wilstar Homes LLC for $114,500. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,618 square feet of living area.
Hubert Henry, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 211 Beechwood Lane to Donald Hay, of St. Augustine, for $124,900. Built in 1192, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,846 square feet of living area.
Green Shade Solutions LLC sold the home at 57 Brigadoon Lane to Everett and Marilyn Arnold, of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee, for $152,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,008 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $ 90,000.

U.S. Bank sold the home at 37 Regency Drive to Juan Salicrup, of Palm Coast, for $95,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two bath and 1,038 square feet of living area.
Onewest Bank sold the home at 75 Rollins Lane to Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. for $163,300. Built in 2007, it has five bedrooms, three baths and 3,378 square feet of living area.
HSBC Bank sold the home at 85 Royal Oak Drive to Lucian Mone, of Palm Coast, for $147,300. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,333 square feet of living area.

Palm Harbor
Green Shade Solutions LLC sold the home at 33 Columbia Lane to Michael and Toni Tackitt, of Palm Coast, for $140,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,941 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $106,000.
Jamie Burns, of Wellsburg, West Virginia, sold the home at 30 Franciscan Lane to Peggy Wald and Kirk Morgan, of Wading River, New York, for $149,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,599 square feet of living area.

Pine Grove
Valeriy and Irina Krysov, of Foster City, California, sold the home at 17 Pierce Lane to Sergejus Pylkovas, of Palm Coast, for $140,600. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,262 square feet of living area.
Patty Auriemma, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 12 Prairie Lane to Kurt Wegener and Kylie Beckett, of Palm Coast, for $139,900. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,535 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $100,000.

Rosemarie Labue, of Milford, Pennsylvania, sold the condo at 308 Palm Coast Parkway N.E., Unit 102, to Alberto Pereira, of Palm Coast, for $53,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 888 square feet of living area.

Surf Club
Fannie Mae sold the condo at 60 Surfview Drive, Unit 320, to Gurmeet Kaur Bhatia and Andrzej Cezary Iwuc, of Roswell, Georgia, for $291,900. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,640 square feet of living area.

Quail Hollow
Seagate Homes LLC sold the home at 14 Zonal Geranium Trail to Antonio and Fredeswinda Almazan, of Wales, Pennsylvania, for $182,150. Built in 2013, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,047 square feet of living area.

Woodlands
Ruth Davis, trustee of the Davis Living Trust, sold the home at 29 Blakeport Lane to Gilberto and Raquel Candelaria, of Palm Coast, for $65,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two bath and 1,522 square feet of living area.
