Hammock Dunes condo tops $1 million

A condo in Hammock Dunes tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of Nov. 29 to Dec. 3. Evaristo Cruz, of Holmdel, N.J., sold Unit 403 at 28 Porto Mar to Lawrence and Marie de Sola, of St. Simons Island, Ga., for $1.15 million. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths and 3,847 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.2 million in 2007.

PALM COAST
Belle Terre
Katerina Demczuk, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 6 Parkview Drive to Jose and Maria Uvaldo, of Palm Coast, for $94,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,255 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $80,000 in 2009.

Grand Haven
Francis and Ann Bedont, of Falls Church, Va., sold the home at 3 Crosstie Court to Anthony and Helen Corbo, of Palm Coast, for $145,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,613 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $242,000 in 2005.

Hammock Beach
Paul Schwinne, of Peachtree City, Ga., sold Unit 605-N at 200 Ocean Crest Drive to 641 Hammock Beach LLC for $101,000. Built in 2003, it has one bedroom, one bath and 678 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 2005.
 

Hammock Beach II LLC sold Unit 101-N at 200 Ocean Crest Drive to TreviBeach Holdings LLC for $175,000. Built in 2003, it has one bedroom, one bath and 1,253 square feet of living area.
 

Richard Brooks, of Marco Island, sold Unit 941 at 1000 Cinnamon Beach Way to Alan and Pamela Mandelbloom, of Pembroke Pines, for $275,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $492,000 in 2008.
 

JOMAR Properties LLC sold Unit 308-S at 200 Ocean Crest Drive to Emil and Gwen Chinsee-Lafond, of Palm Coast, for $114,000. Built in 2003, it has one bedroom, one bath and 678 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $442,500 in 2004.
 

Indian Trails
Arquelio Caraballo, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 36 Beth Lane to Jerry and Pok Sun Henderson, of Palm Coast, for $89,900. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,288 square feet of living area.
 

Nadjiye Forbes, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 83 Bren Mar Lane to Lois Berkow, of Palm Coast, for $107,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,481 square feet of living area.

Lehigh Woods
Edward and Elizabeth Mummert, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 40 Riverdale Lane to Paul and Lynda Guggenheim, of Broadview Heights, Ohio, for $237,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 1,841 square feet of living area.

Matanzas Woods
Richard and Marilyn Mears, of Glendale, Calif., sold the home at 17 London Drive to Wilbin Marsh Jr., of Bellport, N.Y., for $97,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,447 square feet of living area.
 

Glenn Fairchild, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 14 Bishop Lane to Emelyn Campomanes, of Palm Coast, for $143,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,554 square feet of living area.
 

Ocean Hammock
CRM Florida Properties LLC sold the home at 45 Northshore Ave. to Mark and Brenda Voss, of Linn, Mo., for $329,900. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,695 square feet of living area.

Palm Harbor
William Helprin Jr., Steven Helprin, Peter Helprin and Richard Helprin, of Southwest Harbor, Maine, sold the home at 12 Crossgate Court W. to Alfred Romero, of Palm Coast, for $335,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock, a boat house, a spa and 1,855 square feet of living area.
 

Kenneth and Linda Ponsiek, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 13 Cloverdale Court S. to Pasquale Perri, of Lindhurst, N.J., for $215,200. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,882 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $397,900 in 2006.
 

Ruth Sohn and Rolf Sohn sold the home at 70 Farragut Drive to Richard and Susan Cannizzaro, of Palm Coast, for $72,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,292 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $199,900 in 2006.
 

Erica Schaefer sold the home at 45 Filbert Lane to Robert Lory, of Palm Coast, for $78,900. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,581 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $159,857 in 2005.

Plantation Bay
Intervest at Plantation Bay sold the home at 953 Stone Lake Drive to John and Donna DeStefano, of Auburn, N.H., for $320,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,432 square feet of living area.

Pine Grove
U.S. Bank National Association sold the home at 8 Riviera Drive to John Pelletier Jr. and Judith Pelletier, of Chester, Vt., for $69,800. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,226 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $189,000 in 2006.
 

PEP Financial LLC sold the home at 35 Prairie Lane to SSI Properties Inc. for $110,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,862 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $129,900 in 2003.

Pine Lakes
Fannie Mae sold the home at 11 Wainwood Place to Vincent and Dawn Karalunas, of Palm Coast, for $190,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,186 square feet of living area.
 

Robert Franz and George Grusden, both of Palm Coast, sold the home at 6 Wainmont Place to Edward Guy and Joan Guy, both of Palm Coast, for $205,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,858 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $113,500 in 1997.
 

William and Kathleen Bagford, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 14 Westrock Lane to Janice Oliveto, of Palm Coast, for $123,900. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,641 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $99,000 in 2000.

Seminole Woods
Thomas and Nataliya Aitken, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 9 Slate Blue Place to Carmelo and Deborah Troisi, Nicholas Troisi and Kaitlin Troisi, all of Burlington, Ontraio, Canada, for $125,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,039 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $215,000 in 2006.

Surf Club
Prudence Pate, of Lake Butler, sold Unit 1303 at 104 Surfview Drive to Thomas and Sheryl Banser, of Park Ridge, Ill., for $160,000. Built in 1992, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,158 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $140,000 in 1995.
