An oceanfront condominium in Hammock Dunes topped the list of Flagler County residential real estate transactions for May 14 to May 18. David Kurowski, of Arvada, Colo., sold Unit 801 of Tuscany at Hammock Dunes to James and Gaetana Calais, of Gainsville, for $850.000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,077 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $1,430,000.

Beverly Beach
James and Diane Fleischel, of Naperville, Ill., sold Unit 311 of Oceanside at Beverly Beach Condominium to David and Elizabeth Edwards, of Geneva, Ill., for $335,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,162 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $804,400.

FLAGLER BEACH
Fuquay
Frederick DiFrancesco and Lida Russell-DiFrancesco, of Bakersville, N.C., sold the home at 2139 Daytona Ave. to David and Patricia Jackson, of North Fort Myers, for $250,000. Built by the sellers in 1986, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,900 square feet of living area.

Hillcrest
Dale and Judith Cook, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 300 Cedar Lane to Timothy Bellus and Georgia Hale, of Cooper City, for $150,000. Built by the sellers in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a storage shed and 1,378 square feet of living area.

Surf Club
Donald and Judith Rasher, of Fernandina Beach, sold Unit 104 of Surf Club II Condominium to James and Diane Nelms, of Fort Worth, Texas, for $230,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,640 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $225,000.

Daniel Dvorchak and Vicki Hollingsworth, of Longwood, sold Unit 417 of Surf Club II Condominium to James and Kathleen Murphey, of Newberry, for $255,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,455 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $337,100.

Cinnamon Beach
Bank Rhode Island sold condominium Unit 521 of Cinnamon Beach to Frank and Andrea Grace, of Morristown, N.J., for $355,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $799,000.

CBV Properties LLC sold the home at 19 Cinnamon Beach Way to Bernard Digregorio and Arlene Firth, of Palm Coast, for $450,000. Built by the seller in 2012, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,335 square feet of living area.

Hammock Beach
Hammock Beach III LLC sold condominium Unit 841-D of Ocean Towers at Hammock Beach to Gregory and Jean Gilroy, of Manlius, N.Y., for $675,000. Built by the seller in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,246 square feet of living area.

Sea Colony
Martha Agnew, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 39 Avalon Terrace to Todd and Amy Hendricks, of Alvordton, Ohio, for $189,000. Built in 1989, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,550 square feet of living area. It sold in 2001 for $135,000.

PALM COAST
Belle Terre
Fannie Mae sold the home at 16 Piermount Lane to Carlos Hill, of Palm Coast, for $115,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,254 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $212,000.

Cypress Knoll
Janine Mullis, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 29 Edgewater Drive to Lorraine Pinto, of Tampa, for $120,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,867 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $338,000.

Grand Haven
James and Eileen Larkin, of Downington, Pa., sold the home at 9 Crossbar Way to Sharon Parker, of Palm Coast, for $160,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,645 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $163,800.

Indian Trails
Christopher Fowler and Andrienne Gullett, of St. Augustine, sold the home at 22 Berkshire Lane to Gerald and Joanne Smith, of Palm Coast, for $77,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,480 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $185,000.

Thomas Dugan, of New Lebanon, N.Y., sold the home at 13 Biddleson Place to Edmunds Lukoss, of Palm Coast, for $109,500. Built in 2009, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,307 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $120,000.

Daniel Palmer and DeAnn McKeever, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 103 Bird of Paradise Drive to John Copsy, of Palm Coast, for $92,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,773 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $234,000.

JPMC Specialty Mortgage LLC sold the home at 50 Bracken Lane to Javier Gomez, of Miami, for $59,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,202 square feet of living area. It sold in 1998 for $57,000. The pool was added in 2007.

Lehigh Woods
Salvatore and Maritza Romano, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 41 Radcliffe Drive to Thomas and Cheryl Zeeb, of Palm Coast, for $114,500. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,334 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $102,200. The pool was added in 2003.

Charles and Diana Ring, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 17 Renshaw Drive to Nelson and Maria Ruiz, of Goshen, N.Y., for $156,500. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,323 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $179,900.

Palm Harbor
William Donnelly III, of Leesburg, Va., sold the home at 23 Cloverdale Court S. to Charles and Barbara Jolliff, of Elkton, for $210,000. Built by the seller in 1977, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat dock and 2,166 square feet of living area.

Felix and Anna Kowalski, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 72 Clubhouse Drive to Dale and Patricia Tuel, of Alliance, Ohio, for $410,000. Built by the sellers in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a summer kitchen, a pool, a boat dock and 2,698 square feet of living area.

Pine Grove
Prudencio and Jeannette Hernandez, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 20 Pine Crest Lane to Rosa Rodriguez-Otano and Osmundo Diaz-Rodriguez, of Palm Coast, for $70,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,730 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $227,900.

Johnnie Hatfield and Tina Green, of Buskirk, N.Y., sold the home at 16 Pinell Lane to Kazimierz and Krystyna Malinowski, of Vineland, N.J., for $143,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,217 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $150,000.

Pine Lakes
Rovert Railis and Maryann Bing, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 1 Wellside Lane to Peng Eng and Saritta Roeun, of Palm Coast, for $70,500. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,261 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $265,000.

Seminole Woods
Eric and Tamara Rivera, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 6 Senora Court to Dana and Michelle Lique, of Palm Coast, for $90,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,517 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $143,000.

Sanctuary
Martin and Jessie Cook, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 16 Sabal Bend to Robert Rezza, of Leonardtown, Md., for $750,000. Built by the sellers in 2005, it has six bedrooms, four baths, a pool, a dock, a boat house and 4,134 square feet of living area
