Hammock Dunes condo sells for $795,000

An oceanfront condo in Hammock Dunes tops the Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week ending Feb. 9. Philip Pao and Cari Pao, of Fairfax Station, Va., sold condominium Unit 903, Tuscany at Hammock Dunes, 85 Avenue De La Mer, to Thomas and Kristine Shannon, of Upper Saddle River, N.J., for $795,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,690 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $1,225,000.

Ocean Hammock
Jay and Dawn Klein, of Great Falls, Va., sold the home at 29 Northshore Ave. to William and Carol Onsken, of Germantown, Md., for $365,000. Built by the sellers in 2005, it has five bedrooms, four baths and 3,659 square feet of living area.
 

Yacht Harbor Village
Bank of America sold Unit C272, The Condominiums at Yacht Harbor Village, 102 Yacht Harbor Drive, to Franchas Holdings LLC, of Palm Coast, for $145,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,570 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $825,000.

Belle Terre
Jerrold and Kathleen Dominick, of Park Ridge, Ill., sold the home at 14 Pritchard Drive to James Bellino, of Palm Coast, for $73,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,255 square feet of living area. It sold in 1999 for $79,900.
 

Canopy Walk
Nicholas and Arlene Spaich, of Palm Coast, sold condominium Unit 1213 of Canopy Walk, 1200 Canopy Walk Lane, to Frank Ussia, of Palm Coast, for $118,950. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,238 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $162,200.
 

Grand Haven
Wilfred and Marion Hessert, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 12 N. Village Parkway to Thomas and Patricia Semon, of Wantagh, N.Y., for $537,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a summer kitchen, a pool and 3,629 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $650,000.

The Estate of Florence Mayfield sold the home at 4 Crossbar Way to Robert and Jean Gritman, of Palm Coast, for $150,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,673 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $160,500.
 

Lehigh Woods
Pay Yong and Sheila Geok-Kim, of Pompano Beach, sold the home at 61 Rolling Fern Drive to Theodore and Fernanda Brum, of Palm Coast, for $110,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,476 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $215,000.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 22 Royal Palm Lane to Demetrius and Charitie Davis, of Palm Coast, for $133,400. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,228 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $262,500.

Wells Fargo Bank NA sold the home at 7 Rydell Lane to Rory and Michelle Grangruth, of Wadena, Minn., for $53,900. Built in 1989, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,170 square feet of living area.

George and Theresa Gibson, of Stuart, sold the home at 59 Lake Success Drive to Kenneth and Diana Bankhardt, of Palm Coast, for $158,000. Built by the sellers in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,839 square feet of living area.

Antoinette Didomenico, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 44 Columbia Lane to Edson and Yuriko Lott, of Honolulu, Hawaii, for $200,000. Built by the sellers in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,789 square feet of living area.

George Lambing, of Henderson, Nev., sold the home at 23 Fircrest Lane to Larry and Patricia Dionne, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,360 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $109,500.

Joseph Kelly Jr., of Bowie, Md., sold the home at 114 Fort Caroline Lane to Stephen and Janice Beasley, of Palm Coast, for $159,000. Built by the seller in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,832 square feet of living area.

Wendy Hendrix, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 75 Pheasant Drive to David Boccabello and Audrey Hurst, of Palm Coast, for $163,400. Built by the seller 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,753 square feet of living area.

Patrycja Kolodziejczyk, of Old Bridge, N.J., sold the home at 1 Pillar Lane to Alexandre and Irina Ryjova, of Bridgewater, N.J., for $105,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,233 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $259,700.

US Bank sold the home at 22 Smith Trail to Cassandra Shaw, of Palm Coast, for $91,802. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,544 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $196,000.

Vassili Chtonda and Lialia Nouroucheva, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 10 Smollett Place to Tillie Gray, of Gainesville, Ga., for $105,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,272 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $118,000.

Robert Sutton, of Henderson, Nev., sold the home at 93 Universal Trail to Vadim and Irina Milis, of Palm Coast, for $130,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,973 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $242,900.
