A condo in Hammock Dunes tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of Sept. 5 to Sept. 9.

Lawrence and Malie de Sola, of Simon Island, Ga., sold Unit 506 at 85 Ave. De La Mer to Mark and Kerry Larmore, of Cortlandt Manor, N.Y., for $760,000.

Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,077 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.37 million in 2006.
