A condo in Hammock Dunes tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of Sept. 5 to Sept. 9. Lawrence and Malie de Sola, of Simon Island, Ga., sold Unit 506 at 85 Ave. De La Mer to Mark and Kerry Larmore, of Cortlandt Manor, N.Y., for $760,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,077 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.37 million in 2006.

Jay and Martia McNeill, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 1109 Central Ave. S. to Phillip Belk, of Flagler Beach, for $160,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 960 square feet of living area. It sold for $164,300 in 2002.

River Oaks
Arthur Karpathy, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 875 Lambert Ave. to Gary and Susan Osmond, of Flagler Beach, for $315,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 2,510 square feet of living area.

Anthony and Anna Marinatos, of Jacksonville, sold Unit 101 at 80 Surfview Drive to Joseph and Rita Lugero, of Beach Haven, N.J., for $175,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,425 square feet of living area. It sold for $512,000 in 2006.

Neil and Kelly Ewbank, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 12 Pennfield Lane to Linda Ruiz, of Palm Coast, for $69,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,122 square feet of living area. It sold for $87,500 in 2003.

Albert DeLauro, of Ronkonkoma, N.Y., sold the home at 60 Poplar Drive to Jack and Rita Scaccianoce, of Palm Coast, for $95,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,862 square feet of living area.

Grand Haven
Thomas and Rosemary Carpino, of Saugerties, N.Y., sold the home at 22 Lagare St. to Dominic and Frances Digirolamo, of Palm Coast, for $235,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,079 square feet of living area. It sold for $243,000 in 2007.

Grand Haven Properties LLC sold the home at 7 Sandpiper Court to Matthias Weber, of Switzerland, for $240,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,076 square feet of living area.

Joseph and Sybil Hollis, of Chesapeake, Va., sold the home at 11 Lakeside Way to Marie Guerra, of Palm Coast, for $255,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa, a summer kitchen and 2,103 square feet of living area. It sold for $497,600 in 2005.

STS Homes LLC sold the home at 18 Ranshire Lane to Hoover Foods Inc. for $92,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,651 square feet of living area. It sold for $144,300 in 2005.

Glenn Fairchild, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 9 Ryecroft Lane to May Scarbough, of Palm Coast, for $102,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,610 square feet of living area. It sold for $215,000 in 2005.

Aurora Loan Services LLC sold the home at 8 Lamour Lane to Eric Tangstrom and Kathryn Schiller, both of Warren, R.I., for $86,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,636 square feet of living area. It sold for $225,200 in 2006.

Freddie Mac sold the home at 16 Lema Lane to Carl and Jennifer Sund, of Palm Coast, for $145,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,948 square feet of living area. It sold for $208,000 in 2004.

Palm Harbor
Donald Petersen, Thomas Petersen, Lynne Bell, Barbara Meidinger, Joan Petersen, and Darlene Vitale, all of Palm Coast, sold the home at 44 Folcroft Lane to Maria Gonzalez, of Palm Coast, for $69,900. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,620 square feet of living area. It sold for $44,000 in 1979.

David and Jeanine Jerry, of Macungie, Pa., sold the home at 45 Fortune Lane to Timothy and Theresa Donahue, of Biddeford, Maine, for $78,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,598 square feet of living area. It sold for $119,900 in 2003.

Donna Walters, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 2 Chervil Way to Daniel and Rose Meek, of Middletown, Md., for $201,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat dock and 1,935 square feet of living area. It sold for $262,500 in 2002.

Hans Fischer and Linda Taillon, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 16 Patrick Place to Dwight and Terry Hein, of Palm Coast, for $155,500. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,154 square feet of living area.

Daryl Rauscher and Larry Powell, both of Palm Coast, sold the home at 3 Pope Lane to Manuel and Rosanna Frazao, of New Britain, Conn., for $122,500. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,030 square feet of living area. It sold for $249,100 in 2006.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 222 Parkview Drive to Frank and Pamela Taylor, of Palm Coast, for $69,900. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,019 square feet of living area. It sold for $183,600 in 2005.

Tidelands
Clarence Redmon Jr. and Cynthia Redmon, of St. Augustine, sold Unit 1943 at 45 Riverview Bend S. to William Hudson Sr. and Bernice Hudson, of The Villages, for $140,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,575 square feet of living area. It sold for $395,000 in 2007.
