A condo in Hammock Dunes tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of Sept. 19 to Sept. 23. Carole Schneider, of Palm Coast, sold Unit 606 at 7 Ave. De La Mer to Richard and Tessa Ader, of Palm Coast, for $750,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,840 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.05 million in 2003.

Frank and Diana Wojciechowski, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 38 Edgely Lane to Timothy and Linette Smith, of Springville, N.Y., for $140,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,974 square feet of living area.

Grand Haven
Robert Rovegno and Judith Edward, both of Palm Coast, sold the home at 75 Southlake Drive to Craig and Mary Wilson, of Mars, Pa., for $350,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a summer kitchen and 2,393 square feet of living area. It sold for $430,800 in 2004.

Indian Trails
Fannie Mae sold the home at 45 Brewster Lane to Paul French Sr. and Carol French, of Palm Coast, for $53,000. Built in 1985, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 1,768 square feet of living area.

Ivy Gilpin, of Sugarland, Texas, sold the home at 35 Banner Lane to Stefano Biondini, of Rome, Italy, for $100,00. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,402 square feet of living area. It sold for $84,900 in 1997.

TJKR LLC sold the home at 66 Bickford Drive to Anthony Santarpia, of Staten Island, N.Y., for $110,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,556 square feet of living area. It sold for $95,900 in 2002.

Bowlus Enterprises LLC sold the home at 50 Radcliffe Drive to Cassandra Miller, of Palm Coast, for $105,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,338 square feet of living area. It sold for $189,000 in 2005.

David Justice and Lecrecia Justice, both of Port Orange, sold the home at 14 Radium Lane to Mila Tsoy, of Ontario, Canada, for $105,500. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,031 square feet of living area. It sold for $227,000 in 2006.

Mary Williams, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 24 Rybar Lane to Fidel Alvear and Asha Lynch, and Danny and Linda Lockwood, all of Palm Coast, for $135,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,490 square feet of living area. It sold for $122,100 in 2003.

Lorna Adams, of Spotsylvania, Va., sold the home at 23 Blakemore Drive to Richard and Renee Devincenzo, of Mahopac, N.Y., for $67,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,576 square feet of living area.

Richard and Patricia Simonson, of Ipswich, Mass., sold the home at 51 Folcroft Lane to Kathryn Rehse and Jane Manzitti, both of Trenton, Mich., for $160,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,672 square feet of living area. It sold for $299,900 in 2005.

U.S. Bank National Association sold the home at 8 Pickston Lane to Natalia Siriak, of Ramat Hasharon, Israel, for $98,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,027 square feet of living area. It sold for $216,000 in 2005.

Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 27 Piermount Lane to Ricci Magsino, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,725 square feet of living area. It sold for $335,000 in 2006.

Pine Lakes
Randall Katz, of Berkeley, Calif., sold the home at 2 Lago Vista Place to Geraldine Turner, of Palm Coast, for $95,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,629 square feet of living area. It sold for $111,000 in 1987.

Entrust Administration Services Inc. sold the home at 19 Montauk Lane to Paul Lever, of Palm Coast, for $100,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,075 square feet of living area. It sold for $159,900 in 2005.

Quail Hollow
Frank Barbagallo Jr., of Hollywood, sold the home at 110 Karas Trail to Aline Fiocre, of Paris, for $89,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,799 square feet of living area. It sold for $156,700 in 2005.

Freddie Mac sold the home at 92 Kalamazoo Trail to Lydia Minor, of Palm Coast, for $105,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,790 square feet of living area. It sold for $254,600 in 2005.
