A home in Hammock Dunes tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of Oct. 11 to Oct. 15. Mark and Isabelle Alexander, of Ponte Vedra Beach, sold Unit 201 at 85 Ave. De La Mer to Carol Montaldo, of Jacksonville, for $704,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,077 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,510,000 in 2006.

ORMOND BEACH
Plantation Bay
Myrtle Mathis, of Lake Worth, sold the home at 62 Bay Pointe Drive to Leon and Linda Pantzer, of Ormond Beach, for $339,000. Built in 1992, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a spa and 4,125 square feet of living area.

PALM COAST
Armand Beach
Roland Trivett, of Morganton, N.C., and Ellis Trivett, of Santa Fe, N.M., sold the home at 25 Armand Beach Drive to Denise Kraft, of Palm Coast, for $167,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,224 square feet of living area.

Cinnamon Beach
Herman and Valerie Bingham, of Statham, Ga., sold Unit 844 at 900 Cinnamon Beach Way to Mark and Brenda Voss, of Linn, Mo., for $380,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $505,500 in 2003.

Cypress Knoll
Elena Spektorova, of Revere, Mass., sold the home at 87 Evans Drive to Natalie Sonzogni-Muldoon and Shawn Ryan-Muldoon, of Palm Coast, for $183,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,481 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $312,400 in 2005.

Hammock Dunes
The Bank of New York Mellon sold Unit 1507 at 11 Ave. De La Mer to Yvonne Morelli and Edward Morelli, both of Palm Coast, for $320,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,161 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $495,000 in 2000.

Indian Trails
US Bank National Association sold the home at 33 Beachway Drive to Michael LaMonica, of Palm Coast, for $96,100. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,014 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $229,400 in 2006.

David and Pamela Brigham, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 54 Briarvue Lane to George Horton, of Metaline Falls, Wash., for $145,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,624 square feet of living area.

Bank of America sold the home at 22 Brookside Lane to Irena Rutkauskiene and Arvydas Rutkauskas, of Palm Coast, for $111,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,819 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $204,400 in 2005.

Kelly and Marina Prater, of Orlando, sold the home at 80 Brunett Lane to Cathy Fischer, of Palm Coast, for $107,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,224 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $82,000 in 1999.

Lehigh Woods
Yuriy Mirskiy, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 9 Randolph Drive to Merlyn Jones, of Pueblo West, Colo., for $120,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,239 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $187,900 in 2005.

The Bank of New York Mellon sold the home at 25 Roller Lane to Eduardo and Mona Marcial, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,002 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $279,900 in 2005.

Palm Harbor
Kathryn Dickson, of Port St. Lucie, sold the home at 26 Coral Reef Court S. to Gary and Billye Jones, of Locust Grove, Ga., for $267,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat dock, a boat house, a boat lift and 1,777 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $195,000 in 2000.

SMT Properties Group LLC sold the home at 9 Crossway Court E. to Randall and Touria Zwink, of Palm Coast, for $225,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,789 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $545,000 in 2006.

Henry Denham, of Natrona Heights, Pa., sold the home at 9 Fernwood Lane to Richard Lockhart, of Etowah, N.C., for $75,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,030 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $135,000 in 2007.

Henry and Marian Muni, of Malvern, Pa., sold the home at 64 Frontier Drive to Steven and Joanne Kalabokes, of Fairfax, Va., for $85,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,710 square feet of living area.

Pine Grove
Mildred Boyle, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 88 Piedmont Drive to Carol DeRose, of Paterson, N.J., for $125,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,400 square feet of living area.

The Bank of New York Mellon sold the home at 17 Plumtree Place to Michael Sullivan and Elizabeth Frisenda, of East Setauket, N.Y., for $93,250. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,706 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $174,300 in 2005.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 22 Potomac Drive to Liliya Temnorod, of Palm Coast, for $82,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,200 square feet of living area.

Pine Lakes
Freddie Mac sold the home at 50 Webster Lane to Mary McDaniel and Glenn Geddes, of Palm Coast, for $97,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,882 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $192,000 in 2007.

Mary Krajniak, Laura Newman and Loretta Ashley, all of Bryson City, N.C., sold the home at 18 Wheaton Lane to Ana and Ludovico Baiardi, of Woodside, N.Y., for $132,200. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,221 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $168,400 in 2004.
