An oceanfront Hammock Dunes condo topped the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of Nov. 12-16. Lana Chadwick, of Naples, sold condominium Unit 1003, Cambria at Hammock Dunes, 19 Avenue De La Mer, to Walter and Brenda Wahl, of Palm Coast, for $648,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,873 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $1,075,000.

Palm Coast Plantation
Argento Homes Inc., of Palm Coast, sold the home at 143 Heron Drive to William and Brenda Desmond, of Palm Coast, for $370,000. Built by the seller in 2012, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,450 square feet of living area.

Cinnamon Beach
Grey and Patricia Wildon, of Palm Coast, sold condominium Unit 1135, Cinnamon Beach, 1200 Cinnamon Beach Way, to Vernon and Marta Ray, of Pensacola Beach, for $397,150. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $290,000.

Hammock Dunes
Ginger Moritz, of Lake Park, Ga., sold condominium Unit 204 of Savona at Hammock Beach, 20 Porto Mar, to Joseph Fields, of Cromwell, Conn., for $395,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,150 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $660,000.

Yacht Harbor Village
Douglas McElveen, of Mount Pleasant, S.C., sold Unit C565, The Condominiums at Yacht Harbor Village, 102 Yacht Harbor Drive, to Gordon Ashley and Kathleen Ashley, of Palm Coast, for $280,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,570 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $770,000.

Marie Oehl, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 7 Puritan Lane to Jim and Denise Matrangos, of Tucker, Ga., for $110,000. Built by the seller in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,247 square feet of living area.
